About Brooke Collins
This home was purchased in 1990 for my mother to run her hotel site selection company. She has now retired and we've decided to update this charming cottage and let it serve another life as a short term rental. This home was originally built in 1941 and it still holds a lot of its quirky character. We live local and are hands on should you need us and are happy to provide any information about events or places to visit.

The cottage was clean, in a great location, and accommodated 5 of us easily. Would definitely stay here again.
Great stay for FSU football weekend
Home is located in a quiet area of town close to coffee shops, grocery store and FSU campus. The house has everything you could need and we were all very comfortable during our stay here. I would definitely stay here again when coming into town especially during football weekend etc.
Tallahassee is the capital city with lots of Public areas to visit: The old and new capital, the Museum of Natural History, Kleman Plaza, The Indian Mounds and numerous state parks.
