My home is from the 1950's. It's beautiful and sturdy. It has central air, gas stove and appealing flooring. Almost every area within has been renovated and modernized. The backyard has its own separate fenced-in area for your use with patio furniture. It is very private, because it is surrounded by lots of trees. There is a 1930's duplex in the back where I have a longtime renter. No one in the duplex has access or allowed to use the backyard. The house has surveillance cameras in the exterior only. There's on-street private parking in front of the house. There will be a decal in the house that you must place on your dashboard. If there are additional cars, you risk having your car towed. Always park in front of the house, because my neighbors and I all respect the front part of our home to fulfill our parking needs.
Dogs are welcome! There's an entire fenced-in backyard for your dog to run freely and have fun. No one else has access to this dedicated space.
Our neighborhood is undergoing changes. It's a very diverse and beautiful neighborhood. We are mostly working people. A lot of new and young professionals are moving in. To the east, one block away, you will begin to see million dollar homes, as well as the famous Design District. To the west, you will the same as us, working people and beautiful neighborhood. To the south is Midtown and to the southwest is Wynwood. To the east is Miami Beach.
There's a trolley that is in the Design District, 4 blocks away from my home. It takes you to Downtown, Midtown, Bayfront Park, the Upper East side and Wynwood all free of charge. There's a scooter rental two blocks from my home.
There are restaurants all around us. There's an O Cinema 5 minutes away.
The accessibility to get to where you want to go is extraordinary. Two minutes from the house, you can take I-95 to go north to Aventura, Sunny Isles, Orland. You can go south to downtown Miami, South Miami, Homestead. You can go west to Kendall. You can take the 112 to go to Miami International Airport (10 minutes). You can go to 36 Street and go east to go to Miami Beach (15 minutes).
PLEASE TAKE NOTE: I have elderly gentlemen, who are my next door neighbors, and they play dominoes every single day. They are very animated and can sometimes get loud. They play from 11 a.m. to usually 7 p.m. It's always very quiet at night. My elderly neighbors are very good to me and I am very respectful of them. If you will be sleeping during the day, this is not the right home for you.
