Amazing home away from home
The pictures do not do this home justice! The rooms are spacious, and the decor is awesome, not to mention the home itself and the history of the place. And Franklin is the cutest town! I would definitely book this home again!
Our family of 10, ages 1-72, all stayed together when we were in Franklin for a wedding. The house was beautiful and perfect for our stay. Comfortable beds and lots of sitting areas (and bathrooms!) ensured everyone had their own space. The hosts are extremely responsive and accommodating. We loved being able to walk to downtown Franklin. We are already planning our next visit!
Absolute charming home in the heart of Franklin town. Beautiful, clean, uncluttered and cozy! Comfortable beds! And a superb location for being able to leave the car at home and walk around the corner to all the shops and restaurants in town square. We had a wonderful weekend. Thank you Jay and Melissa!
Beautiful home. Frsnklin is a wonderful area. The home was perfect and exactly as advertised.
Jay and Melissa are wonderful people and make sure everything is perfect. Jay keeps in contact with you throughout the stay making sure all is well.
Thank you again
Fantastic rental property!
This house was well equipped, spacious, comfortable, and more than we could have expected, and I thought that the pricing was reasonable for the number of people that we had (5 adults & 5 children). It was so convenient to everything and we were able to walk to shops and restaurants, etc. in Franklin. 4 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, a library room, family room with futon, two living areas, big dining room, and awesome kitchen with top of the line appliances, as well as a large back yard with patio table and chairs, and plenty of parking for 5 vehicles. The house was fenced in, and there was a gate that could be left closed after the last vehicles were parked. Sitting on the large front porch with morning coffee or evening drinks was also a big plus. Also, gatherings are allowed, and we were able to have a family reunion at the house with ample room for everyone. That was the biggest plus of our trip. My family and I love this house, and we hated to leave. Our hosts, Jay and Melissa were very gracious and kept in immediate communication via email with us before, during, and after our stay. You will not be disappointed if you select this house to rent. PS~The beds were outstanding! Very comfortable and seemed new.
Simply Amazing! Had a delightful stay at the Jewel of Franklin.
My husband and I rented the Jewel of Franklin so that he could attend Tin Pan South in Nashville and I could have a wonderful home base for the week to spend with family who were also traveling into town. Everything about this place is just fantastic, location, layout, décor, etc. We had an amazing time and my two year old grandson thought it was his house, he told everyone "this is my house!" He wanted to sit out on the front porch in the mornings and watch all the cars, even though the weather was unseasonably cool for this time of year, we enjoyed everything Franklin has to offer in terms of dining and shopping. The formal dining room is just beautiful, yet so comfortable and great for a large family dinner. If you want to be near one of the quaintest downtowns in Middle Tennessee and come home to comfort each day, stay at the Jewel of Franklin, you won't be disappointed.
