OCCUPANCY: Sunset Harbor Palms #2-107 permits a maximum occupancy of up to 4 persons (including small children and infants) at all times. Property Occupancy is defined as the number of persons present in the property at any given time. Occupancy of properties managed by Navarre Vacation Rentals are carefully monitored with outdoor cameras and personnel. Guest Violation of the Occupancy Standards stated for this property will result in the immediate termination of Guest rental and Guest forfeiture of all monies paid.
PETS: Pet animals are NOT permitted. Violation of this NO PET policy remains subject to significant financial penalties (See Rental Lease Agreement) and immediate Guest eviction.
SERVICE ANIMALS: Navarre Vacation Rentals is committed to providing accommodations and assistance to Guests needing the physical services of a Service Animal. Please notify us at the time of booking so that we can help enhance your visit with items that may not be normally provided.
Rental requests from Guests requiring the need of a Comfort Animal must furnish Navarre Vacation Rentals with a letter from a lawfully licensed psychological doctor, attesting to the following:
* Psychological Professionals Degree, School of Graduation and Address of psychiatric practice.
* Affirmation that Guest is currently under the on-going care of the psychiatric physician issuing documentation.
* Affirmation of psychiatric physician's prescribed need to patient for the Comfort Animal.
* Psychiatric physician's affirmation that the prescribed comfort animal is effective in treating the needs of the Guest patient.
* Psychiatric physician's affirmation attesting to the training and ability of the Comfort Animal to refrain from causing disruption or danger to other persons in close proximity.
* A copy of the Vaccination Records of the Service Animal and affirmation that all required vaccinations are current at the time of Guest's visit.
PLEASE NOTE: Navarre Vacation Rentals is obligated to review and substantiate all letters issued by a psychological physician. The highest ethical and professional standards are implemented to verify the safety and protection of all Guests. Perjury by a Guest or Physician will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
PROPERTY SUBSTITUTIONS: In instances of a major mechanical failure or Force Majeur, Navarre Vacation Rentals reserves the right to substitute a comparable property.
RENTAL RATES: Rental Rates remain subject to change and reflects occupancy levels and availability. Rate Quotes provided by Navarre Vacation Rentals, LLC are only valid for 24 Hours.
SMOKING: Smoking is expressly NOT permitted within any interior area of this property. A Guest may smoke on the patio - all doors and windows to this property must be maintained in a Closed position. Guest Violation of this NO SMOKING policy remains subject to significant financial penalties and the termination of Guest's rental and occupancy of the property. (Please see Rental Lease Agreement).

Most of the properties used for Vacation Rentals in Navarre Beach are owned by Owners living hundreds of miles away. These Owners "hope" that the housekeepers or Rental Agencies with whom they have entrusted the care of their property will maintain their property investment in a respectable and professional manner. Unfortunately, the vast majority do not. This is the story of how Navarre Vacation Rentals, LLC was born. As frustrated Absentee Owners we came to realize the need of being personally involved and overseeing the work that needs to be done. In 2006 we moved to Navarre Beach and began personally overseeing our investments. Gradually surrounding Owners observed our efforts and commitment to "do things right" and today we not only manage our personal properties but also those of about 50 other Owners in the area. LOVE Sunset Harbor!
This is a very nice property. Although the water didn't cooperate with us the weather was beautiful and you can't beat the sunsets from the patio. We'll be back!

One of the best vacations we've had!
Sunset Harbor Palms property was by far the best vacation we have had and Navarre is our little diamond vacation spot. This unit had a perfect layout that was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The management office was always extremely helpful and all the residents were so friendly. We can't wait to go back again soon!!

Relaxing & well appointed condo
WOW!!!! Best 5 day trip!! Navarre beach is off the beaten path and we have frequented the Florida panhandle at least once a year for the last 7 years. My family enjoyed the amenities of the condo. I can't say enough about the care and thought that went into supplying the needs of the unit. We really loved the new updated kitchen. The pictures online are nice but when you get to the unit in person- AWESOME accommodations. The back patio was so relaxing especially watching the sunrise and sunsets. It was truly a quiet getaway!!! My son and I did like fishing outside our back door off the pier!!!!! The owner of the property was really nice and was a phone call away. He was so friendly and introduced me to all the nice amenities installed in the condo so we felt comfortable and at home. If you want to be at the beach, but not near all the crowds this is the place to go. We will be returning!!!! Thanks to the property management staff for a wonderful vacation..

Great, relaxing two weeks
This was the most restful place, beautiful condo, first floor made it so easy to bring in all our fishing gear plus much more. Best fishing for my husband, caught a forty pounder right off the pier. The gazebo was a plus. Clean pools, clean everything. Loved being on the sound side, so quiet..can't say enough. Thank you, hope to return.

Love this location, the town, and the rental company. They were pleasant to work with and super helpful. The only downfall is there wasn't a tub (we had a 9mo old) only a shower, and you have to drive to the beach instead 'walk out the door'; however the beach access is less than a mile--its basically across the street, just to far to carry everything with you. The condo was super clean, modern and the bed was better than our own bed! Totally recommend this place if you're looking for a quiet beach town close to Destin.

All we could say was WOW! The condo was absolutely fabulous, the property was beautiful and everything was exactly (actually better) than described and pictured.
We were looking for a quiet get away to the Florida panhandle, and Sunset Harbor in Navarre Beach was exactly that and more.
Thank you so very much for sharing your beautiful home, but I am not sure how you could ever leave that patio view. I have never before scheduled my day around sunset, but I learned very quickly, after the first night, that evenings on the patio were not to be missed.
The beach was very convenient, the pool was nice, the condo was impeccably decorated, but having the Santa Rosa Sound right outside the back door was icing on the cake.

Ideal Occupancy is by 2 People. Maximum allowed Occupancy is by 4 People. Occupancy Standards includes all invitees of Guest Lessee. Palms 2-107 does NOT have a Sleeper Sofa. An electric inflatable Queen Size mattress is provided. Reservations must be made in the name of the person whose Credit Card is used to secure rental use of the property. Lessee must be at least 25 years of age Lessee assumes full responsibility for the actions of all persons occupying or occasioning the property and premises during the term of Lessee's rental of the property. The names and ages of ALL persons occupying the property must be provided prior to Check-In. Lessee must officially Register & Check-In at the offices of Navarre Vacation Rentals, LLC prior to entering the property or taking rental possession. Lessee must furnish legally issued photo ID and a major Credit Card at the time of Check-In. Lessee's Credit Card information will be retained on file throughout Lessee's rental visit & will act in lieu of a collected refundable deposit for Property Damage Repair or Property Replacements made necessary by Lessee's rental use of the property & premises. Navarre Vacation Rentals encourages Guests to purchase Travel Interruption Insurance coverage from a third party licensed Insurance Broker to protect from unforeseen Guest Cancellations.
