About Barbara & Mark
I've had the unbelievable pleasure of owning #309 since 1988, visiting at least once a year- twice if I could make it work! Maui became my permanent home in 2003 and I've loved living here ever since. Dreams of adding a second unit became a reality in December 2017, with #505 now part of our High 5 Ohana! Living on island allows me to manage both condos and assist our guests directly. We enjoy sharing our favorite place with others, especially those seeing Maui for the first time. We also love, love, love diving! Ask about our favorite reefs - for diving or snorkeling.

3 miles of walkable, white sandy beach right outside your door! Not only is the property 'direct ocean front', we have the unique opportunity for front row seating during whale season. Our bay is a favorite spot for whales and their calves from December through April every year.

We have stayed at the Nani in various units for the past 25 years. This is our first time in 309 and hopefully not the last. This unit is by far the nicest and well equipped we have ever stayed in. All items were quality and no expense was spared to equip this unit. We can not say enough about this unit and the owners.

Once again, this condo at Nani Kai Hale lives up to its reputation. The condo is truly an exceptional value on one of the prettiest beaches on Maui.
After five visits here, I can assure you if you're planning a Maui holiday, this condo would be just perfect. And Barbara's attention to detail is evident everywhere in this thoughtfully appointed residence. I heartily recommend it.

Beautiful time on Maui
Exceptional condo located on and overlooking Sugar beach. Great views from balcony that directly overlooks ocean, listen to the waves rolling in every night. Condo is beautifully decorated and well appointed. Linens, dishes, cooking utensils and everything you need to enjoy a relaxing stay. Would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing stay on a beach in Maui.
It just doesn't get better!
Sitting on the balcony with a cold beverage in hand and a million dollar view you will be certain you are in Paradise! This condo has everything you could ask for: beautiful views from every room, direct oceanfront access and miles of pristine beaches. The room itself is absolutely perfect! Well appointed and lots of extra touches abound! This is truly luxury at an extremely reasonable price! Barb and Mark are wonderful hosts and I have stayed in their properties twice now and would be glad to return. Highly recommend this property for a stay on Sugar Beach!
