Great living area with 2 fireplaces, fully equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and 2 half bathrooms, 5th and 6th room available with a full sized futon and a bunk bed accommodating 12 guests.

One of a kind natural foothill setting! Enjoy visiting our cows and horses on our 120 acres property.

Outstanding!

This was our 4th stay at this wonderful property. It is perfect for an extended family gathering - we were ten - a 72 year old Grandma, three 40ish couples, three 11 year olds, and a couple of pups. The house is huge, and lots of room to spread out, as well as a number of little nooks for reading or quiet time.The big kitchen is well appointed, and easily accommodates multiple cooks.The back yard is securely fenced so that even determined little dogs can't escape. We set up a Cornhole game on the lawn for family play, but there is also a pingpong table on the patio.Nice nature walks on the property up to the ponds and a peek at the cows. *The best sunset pictures are over the white fence along the driveway, if you don't mind (and who doesn't?) your family pose photobombed by a couple of sweet and curious horses poking their heads over the fence for a nose rub (best family picture EVER!). This place is a gem....

Peace and Quiet

We needed some down time and this was absolutely perfect! Clean, quiet, comfortable. We had everything we could possibly need. The chef's kitchen was fantastic! Our Host was exceptional! Very responsive! The back yard was so relaxing, the pool was very pretty with 2 different waterfalls. Very pet friendly with fenced back yard. Our lab mix for a real workout in the pool. The outdoor kitchen was lovely with plenty of seating to enjoy the days! We will be back!

Amazing getaway in Grass Valley!

Our third time at this property. Just a wonderful place to relax at the end of Summer for our Family of 6. Very spacious. Great pool. Excellent location. Has everything you need.
