Our ambition with this apartment is to bring you all the ingredients for an exceptional stay:

1. A unique location in the heart of Chamonix

Located in the center of Chamonix, 30m off the rue du Docteur Paccard historic pedestrian street and main shopping street of Chamonix, the prestigious Résidence Les Alpes offers unparalleled access to the best Chamonix: shops, restaurants, bars, museums ... everything is at the foot of the door can not be more central!

2. A quiet and a beautiful view of the mountains of the valley 2

Built between the pedestrian street and the river Arve, the residence enjoys a particularly favorable position and quiet: you will not hear any vehicle movement while being in the center of Chamonix!

The apartment has a rare double exposure: a view of the Mont Blanc massif side lounge (with terrace) overlooking the massive Brevent side rooms (with terrace too!)

3. Quick and easy access to mountain activities

A 5-minute walk: ski lifts to the Aiguille du Midi and Brevent

A 3-minute walk: tourist office and ski school (Maison de la Montagne)

A 1-minute walk: bus stop (bus serves the entire valley and all ski areas free with the guest card that will be given on arrival)

4. A new apartment, luxury and over-equipped

Residence des Alpes 3, newly built in the purest Chamonix style of the early century, offers a very high standard in every detail.

The flat, 3 rooms of 62 m2 nine located on the 1st floor with ascenceur, can accomodate very comfortably 4 people.

It is fully covered with larch parquet and equipped with the utmost care to make you feel even better than at home: satellite TV with home cinema in the living room, flat screen TV in every room, free wifi, fully equipped kitchen , large Italian shower, high-end bedding, rooms with terrace, double exposure, private underground parking, private ski locker (see details below).

A kit baby / infant child (cot, bath, chair, changing mat, dishes) is also provided free of charge.

5. The comfort of an all-inclusive service

As in the hotel but with the comfort and space and more!

Our apartment is managed by an agency that takes care of everything to make you enjoy your stay 100%: linen provided (sheets, towels, ...) with beds made on arrival, cleaning at end of stay, and assistance throughout the stay in case of problem.

Everything is already included in our rental rates.

In addition, you can benefit from an entire catalog of optional services provided by the agency such as booking ski passes, airport shuttles, breakfast delivery, food shopping before your arrival. arrival, etc.

6. A kit baby / child infants gracefully made available

Cot, bath, chair, changing mat, crockery, everything is planned for the little ones!

Description of the apartment, room by room:

The wide entrance is equipped with a mirror, a coat rack and a large closet.

The living room is open and spacious, has a WIFI (available throughout the apartment) and a home cinema TV with satellite channels (French + foreign). It is equipped with a long dining room table can accommodate 4 people very comfortably. Two open doors to a balcony overlooking the gardens and the river Arve and offering a magnificent view of the Mont Blanc. The balcony is equipped with a garden table and chairs to enable you to enjoy the scenery.

The kitchen is open to the living room, is equipped with the maximum of appliances: large fridge with freezer, oven, microwave, ceramic hob with extractor fan, dishwasher, washer dryer and many household appliances for bring you a more pleasant comfort (coffee pod machine, blender, raclette, fondue set, etc.). It is complemented with a comprehensive quality dishes (wine glasses, cocktail glasses, champagne glasses, ...)

The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed (160 * 200 cm), flat screen TV, a large closet and a window opening onto a balcony with a view of the mountains of Brevent and the pedestrian street 30 meters.

The second room is modular and can be prepared either 2 large single beds (90 * 200 cm) a large double bed (180 * 200 cm). It is also fitted with a large closet, a flat screen TV and a window opening onto the same balcony.

The bathroom has a large walk-in shower with massage jets, a large sink with a large mirror, WC, heated towel rail and electric hairdryer.

Another WC is available right next to the bathroom.

Love it! It’s a great home for a family of 4!

We couldn’t be happier with this apartment. We rented for our Christmas vacation and it was just perfect for my family. We rented for more than 15 days! the location is great, in the center of Chamonix just few steps from great restaurants, super market and close to the Brevent ski lift and to the bus stop which takes you to the other mountains and ski lifts.

Wonderful stay at this apartment

We stayed a week here and enjoyed the apartment very much. We highly recommend it. It is perfectly located right in the heart of Chamonix and close to all those important places for living, groceries, a bakery, shopping, etc. And it features indoor parking. The rooms were very clean, the bed great and a kitchen with all the appliances. Florence was just wonderful with advice and making our stay easy. Exactly as described/pictured

Roomy, clean and comfortable apartment. Fully equipped should you want to cater for yourselves but only 2 minutes from numerous restaurants. 2 Supermarkets also within 10 minutes walk. Good parking facilities which was sufficiently large for our car.

Would stay here again should we return to Chamonix

Magnificent appartment in chamonix

The excelent place to stay.

This appartment was our best choice. It was magnificent, vey good view of mont blanc, very clean and comfortable. Everythinf could need was there. 1 minute walking from the main street of chamonix and near to the smallriver.

The kitchen was fully equipped and me and our family spent many nights in the appartment enjoing this hospitability.

The bus station was very close for ski locations.

The owner and manager provided to us the best service could ask. They were very friendly, very accurate and very helpful.

I recommend this appartment to everyone and hope be able to go back next year.

Thanks once more time for everything.

Great apartment, fantastic location, and helpful owner

We just returned from a week in Chamonix at Fabrice's great apartment. Fabrice was easy to work with and the onsite management company welcomed us got us settled quickly. It was our first overseas trip with our six-month old daughter and it was easy in large part due to the well appointed apartment in the heart of Chamonix. Everything in town is easily accessible, but the apartment is quiet as it is just off the main thoroughfare. We could step out the door for coffee or a drink and get back quickly if the baby got fussy. The parking in the building is also a real plus. Overall it is a great apartment for a short or long-term stay in Chamonix and we highly recommend the property.

Great place in the centre of Chamonix!

If you want to be close to everything in a very comfortable flat then this is the place. Part of our group was in the 80k marathon so we needed something close to the start/finish line. Great beds enabled really good sleeping in prep and recovery. The shower really powerful to cleanse the aches and pains away.
