My wife and I purchased this vacation home because we love Cape Cod and we wanted our kids to love the Cape, too. Our oldest was a toddler when we bought it, and both she and her brother now always ask how soon it will be before they can be enjoying their home away from home. They love the many different types of beaches, the biking, and as much as anything else, the local ice cream scene.
David purchased this House in 2005
Why David chose Hyannis
The house seemed like the perfect place for us. It was so close to one of the Cape's best known beaches, Craigville Beach, and was easily accessible from the highway.
What makes this House unique
The beach pass that we purchase for our guests allows those visiting to sample many different types of beaches, from ocean beaches with strong waves to gentle bay beaches.

Perfect getaway in charming neighborhood
My wife, mother-in-law, and two young kids stayed in this quaint home for a week at the end of August. Not only is it conveniently located near a few beaches and downtown Hyannis, but it is also a great place to hang out and enjoy the backyard. David really made sure that our experience and our stay was pleasant and went above and beyond in supplying the home with amenities, such as a booster seat, for the entire family. For anyone wanting a quiet and relaxing getaway, we highly recommend this home.
The house was located in a lovely, quiet neighborhood.
The location was perfect just a mile from Craigsville beach and close by the center of Hyannis. The owner left a list of beaches and attractions in the area which was very helpful to us. We enjoyed having a bonfire on Sandy Neck Beach at sunset at the recommendation of the owner. We also went to Nausett Beach in Orleans and enjoyed a beautiful beach. I highly recommend this home for a vacation rental.
Great vacation in Cape Cod
We had a great time in Cape Cod. The location was perfect in a quiet street close to everything and centrally located. The house was very clean, comfortable and well equipped with everything we needed. The air conditioners in the upstairs bedrooms were very welcomed at night! David, the owner, was very easy to work with and attentive.
I would definitely recommend this home to anyone who is looking to have a great time in Cape Cod.
We had a wonderful stay.
The home was in a great location on a quiet street. The house was clean, comfortable and very well equipped with everything we needed. The air conditioners in the upstairs bedrooms, and the washer/dryer, were all very useful. David, the owner, was very easy to work with and prompt. There was so much to do and see in and around Hyannis that we ran out of time even though we were there for a week's stay.
I would definitely recommend this property and would rent this home again next time we are in Cape Cod.
Comfy home that meets all your needs
We enjoyed staying in this house, in particular, we enjoyed using the beach pass. Craigville beach is located nearby and is perfect for young families. It was also really convenient to have linens and towels in the home. It saved us a lot of extra luggage room. Thanks for a great week.
Very nice house to stay
We enjoyed staying at the house. The house is very neat and has many amenities (washer/dryer, dishwasher). The bedrooms upstairs have a/c units in the windows. It can get pretty hot upstairs, so having the a/c is helpful. The backyard is private and has a grill. We like the area a lot and the beach is great. The beach is within driving distance but the owner provides a beach pass. Craigville pizza is also nearby, which is convenient.
Close proximity to some of the best beaches in the Atlantic. Hyannis is the entertainment center of Cape Cod. Great restaurants and a lively, classic beach town.
