Spacious Den has plenty of room for resting or watching TV, and flows into the Dining room… and off to the front porch for swinging and relaxing. A small, but well stocked Kitchen offers everything you want when you are not enjoying the many fine restaurants that Asheville offers. Off street parking allows easy access to the back porch, leading right into the Kitchen, and a privacy fence allows quiet access to our nicely landscaped back yard. A covered patio also provides an excellent place to relax or use the BBQ grill. Wireless internet and Cable TV is provided, as well as quality bedding and linens. This Corner Cottage in Asheville is also home to me and my wife during the Winter months, so we will be creating a comfortable and convenient home for you to relax and enjoy the treasures of Asheville. Our other VRBO property has been with VRBO since 2003 and is located at Kiawah Island SC. #54918 and we invite you to visit that VRBO listing if you are ever interested in visiting the Beach. Just purchased... June 2014... This is our 3rd VRBO property. This home will serve as our Winter retreat, and is available for rent the rest of the year. We choose this property because it is walking distance to Downtown, and centrally located to all of Asheville and it's attractions. Only a few blocks from groceries like Greenlife, Trader Joe's, and Harris Teeter.. I believe that you will find this Home is perfect for discovering Asheville and the surrounding area.

While the best feature about this home for me is the ease and ability to walk downtown, you might find swinging on the front porch swing you favorite pastime. We have made it a point to provide excellent bedding and linens and provide a quality and comfortable setting for you to enjoy your stay. While our Kitchen is a bit small, it is equipped with everything you will need for cooking and grilling. Relax in our Claw Foot Tub, or enjoy the relaxation of our rain shower... Off street parking provides easy access to the house, and a corner location provides excellent privacy. Our neighborhood will give you a feel of what Asheville is about, and let you stroll the streets with comfort and security.
