¡Que vista! Esta propiedad es perfecta para una gran reunión con amigos y familiares. Esta casa está literalmente al lado de Dog Days Pool Bar. ¡No es necesario conducir una vez que llegue a esta propiedad, entre caminar hasta Dog Days y disfrutar de la gran terraza que nunca necesita salir!

Arriba, ofrece una gran sala de estar, cocina y dormitorio principal y baño. La Master Suite tiene una cama king size, lavamanos doble, bañera de hidromasaje y una ducha doble.

En la planta baja hay cuatro dormitorios y dos baños completos. Tres de las habitaciones ofrecen camas queen size. La cuarta habitación es perfecta para los niños con dos literas. Otro gran salón para el entretenimiento con una mesa de billar.
Las cubiertas de arriba y abajo que se extienden a lo largo de la casa son el lugar perfecto para sentarse y disfrutar de la vista del canal principal. La casa está ubicada en el lago de 19 mm, con un muelle ideal para nadar y descansar.

Hay un deslizamiento de barco cubierto disponible 14x38 en la propiedad también. También brinde la opción de estacionarse en los muelles de botes para clientes de Dog Days.

Awesome location, garage was filthy. Dog feces under a bed . Home just not very clean. Outside screened in porches very dirty . Love location and the home have stayed there before. The cleaning crew is not up to par for sure . Not what you expect for 4800.00 for 4 nights

This house is absolutely beautiful and in an awesome location, there is enough room for all 11 of us. Owners are very attentive to anything you need, Pictures on the website does not do this house justice. We will definitely be rebooking here.

We had a wonderful time at this well-designed property right in the heart of Osage Beach action. We spent most of our time on the two expansive decks and the dock and in the water. The water is grand for strong swimmers and young ones with life vests. Kids spent hours playing water games and floating in the natural wave effect, and then much time catch and release fishing for bass, bluegill and catfish. We had a couple routine maintenance issues, but Ashley, the property manager, and Tim, the maintenance supervisor, were so responsive and helpful. We rented a boat for a day from Dirty Ducks and had a lovely time coving and tubing near the state park. The kitchen provided a great space for family cooking for the 16 of us. It was a memorable adventure!

Convenient & Accommodating

The photos do not do this property justice, it is beautiful. We held a bachelorette party with 12 ladies & it was the perfect location to do so. From the views to having Dog Days next door, we couldn't have found a more convenient & accommodating property. The boat slip was a super nice touch because we ended up renting a boat on one of the days & the captain was able to pick us up right there outside of the house, so no additional packing up ourselves & coolers and driving was needed. We didn't have to contact her much, but when we did, Ashley was quick to respond, super friendly, and really helpful & great to communicate with!

Dog days property

We stayed at this rental with 14 girls for a bachelorette trip on Labor Day weekend. The house was very nice and spacious! We had issues with the downstairs two toilets (one leaked all over the floor and another wouldn’t flush) a day after arriving and the property manager Ashley promptly responded and got a plumber there the next day and the issue was quickly resolved. She also gave us some refunded money for the inconvenience. The property is right next door to the pool bar which allowed for easy access. There was plenty of space for parking as well. Recommend this property!

Great place, Great host

It was a great stay for us at the "Dog House"! Ashley was outstanding to work with, and the house was perfect for our group. Plenty of beds, great living space, and a perfect location. Would certainly recommend!!!

Dog days vacay

Beautiful home. Master suite is fantastic. Plenty of room for everyone we had 15 total (8 adults 7 children ranging from 22 months to 15). Lower and upper decks are great. Really enjoyed the screened in area on upper deck. Lake is a bit rough near dock but kids still enjoyed jumping in and adults floating ( somewhat of a workout staying near dock). The pool next door was a nice change of pace from lake.

Great House!

This house was great for my sister’s bachelorette party! We loved the convenience of being right next to Dog Days! Check in and check out was super easy. The view is beautiful.

Dog Days Rental was 10/10

Ashley was an amazing host - extremely helpful and provided everything one would need. The house was outstanding - amazing interior, spacious, plenty of parking, on the water with great views of the lake, and walking distance from Dog Days bar. Thank you for the great stay!

Perfect and beautiful!

We had a group of 16 and the house exceeded our expectations. The set up was perfect, house was clean and decorated nicely. Host was quick with replies and we had no issues. Will definitely stay there again! Also, if you need a shuttle for a large group, look up Boke’s Shuttle.

Bachelorette party

Overall this house was great. The location is next to dog days which was really convenient but it takes 15-20 minutes to get to anything else! We had issues with the toilets but the property manager was very responsive. The view is great as well. You are not able to tape anything to the walls which was a bummer as we were there for a bachelorette party and a few decorations but we made it work without! We loved how many beds and people this house slept and would recommend this VRBO!

Nice House

The house was nice and it was big and the location was close to Osage Beach town center as well as being just a short walk to a bar and pool that is next door. However, the house was a bit dirty, lots of bugs in the basement area and it was missing essential furniture, such as it only had 3 chairs for the 8 seat dining table and it was missing an outlet cover by the front door which luckily we happened to find a spare in a kitchen drawer. The location was close to Walmart and Dick’s Sporting Goods as well as a boat rental place. However, the location on the lake is not ideal if you want to swim off the dock or fish as the water is rough and it knocks the dock all over the place even making it had to tie up a boat. Definitely was too rough of water to swim off the docks.

Great House

The house was as advertised plus some. The view was great and having your own dock was awesome. The barbecue grill did not work and they had us a new grill on the deck within an hour. Communication was super easy and they responded quickly. The family had a great time and we would definitely rent this house again.

Enjoyable stay

This house was functional for our family of 22. The kids loved sleeping in the family room downstairs. We brought a couple of inflatable mattresses which there was definitely enough floor space for. The layout of the house fit our needs perfectly.
