This beautifully renovated home was our family home for the last 8 years. You are minutes to several world class restaurants, nightlife, parks, and local transit to access everything Toronto has to offer. Steps to Queen West, King West, Liberty Village, and public transit. The house is located near the popular Trinity Bellwoods park. There is a chefs kitchen and west facing backyard oasis that is perfect for relaxing after an exciting day.

You can feel what it is like to live 'Queen West' Toronto. The home is near the action but on a quiet part of the street. There are 3 bedrooms upstairs with King, Queen & Queen beds. The master bedroom has a fantastic view of the CN tower and city skyline (especially at night). My wife is a fantastic cook and the main floor has a custom designed kitchen with instant hot water, a gas stove, stainless steel fridge and soft close drawers. The island is great to sit at if you are grabbing a quick bite and the dining room is perfect for family dinners. There are 10 foot ceilings on the main level and it is an open concept space. In the living room we installed a gas fire place and most lights are on dimmers so you can really set the mood and relax. There are 6 built in speakers to play music throughout the main floor. The street is quiet but in under 100 meters you are on Queen St West, and public transit. The backyard is my favorite place with a two sitting areas and a outdoor dining set. We would often enjoy a cold beer/wine as we watched the sun set or would entertain friends for dinner under the vine covered pergola. There is a 1 spot private, covered, parking garage in the back that you can use on request. We hope you, your friends and family enjoy this space as much as we have over the years.

You have full access to the main floor (Living room, Kitchen, Dining room, Study, Bathroom) You have full access to the upstairs (Bedroom 1, 2 & 3 as well as Bathroom) You have full access to the front and back yard as well as the garage for parking. You don not have access to the basement.

Neighbourhood overview:

-Queen West is a popular street and you are steps away. -King West is steps away and very popular for restaurants and nightlife. -The area we are in is close to the action but far enough away that it is quiet at night. -Trinity-Bellwoods Park is steps away. This is a very fun and trendy park. -Kensington Market is a short walk away and can be a lot of fun to explore. -Ossington street is close buy with a lot of new and fantastic restaurants. -Little Italy is just around the corner with amazing places to eat. -Liberty Village is a short walk or taxi and has some great pubs and restaurants. -You can access public transit in less then 100 meters to get ANYWHERE in the city.

Getting around:

-There is a street car stop on Dundas St. (100 meter north of our place) -There is a street car stop on Queen St. West (100 meters south of our place) -You can park in the 1 space in the private garage you can also park on the street for free for an hour. If you need overnight parking for a 2nd car you can get a 24h or longer permit on the city of Toronto website.
