If you want to explore ONP and home-base on the coast, this place is for you
About Jim Reeves
I love the outdoors and have always had a special attraction to rivers and fishing.
Jim Reeves purchased this Estate in 2005
Why Jim Reeves chose Forks
I am lucky to have found this jewel. It is gorgeous and unforgetable! Massive trees, beautiful view, riverfront, elk, deer, bald eagles, fishing, Olympic National Park is your neighbor, I couldn't resist. At the time I purchased it I didn't realize what I had.
What makes this Estate unique
Two frequent comments I hear from my guests: the home is beautiful, warm and comfortable with unforgetable views; it is a perfect home-base to explore Olympic National Park because so many points of interest are nearby. What do I think? The best fishing hole in the area is in front of my home.

The property was great. Easy access to Rialto beach and nice river access. The property owner, Jim, was great. Excellent weekend get-a-away.
Worth every penny!
Great location (close to Second Beach and Rialto) with fantastic amenities! Perfect PNW spot to spend a few days taking in nature’s beauty.
Amazing Location with Fantastic Amenities
The property is just amazing. From a very short hike in the backyard you can see gorgeous bald eagles, and a relaxing view of the river. The nights we were there, we had no less than 30 elk in the backyard...it was unreal to see them so close. The house is incredibly quiet and isolated with all of the comforts of home. The amenities are perfect with plush towels, very comfortable beds, and a fully stocked kitchen so that you can enjoy meals easily at the house. Wifi was perfectly fast and at the last minute we realized that we could use a printer to print our ferry passes and of course the property had a wireless printer fully stocked with paper. The hosts have thought of everything. We had an amazing experience at the house and enjoying the awe-inspiring activities around the area.
Great location for such a large park and nice home
Extremely clean and well kept. This was a great place for our family to stay. We would go back.
Great house, great location
Really perfect location to explore the coast and rain forest. The house is fitted out at a very high standard. Very livable.
The vacation home is in an elevated clearing in an extension of forest of the Park. You are surrounded by tall sitka spruce and hemlock fir trees and enjoy complete privacy and seclusion. Many of our guests use it as a home base to explore the various reaches of the Park by car and it serves as destination for those who want peace and quiet so they can relax. There is plenty of parking around the home.
