Beautiful, charming, peaceful upstairs unit!
We loved our stay at the cow palace! The rooms are so nicely decorated and the host thought of everything; toiletries, coffee, snacks, etc! Loved having coffee on the back porch; it was peaceful and relaxing. It’s location was perfect, close to downtown Redding, easy drive to Burney Falls. I highly recommend!
Thank you so much!
We have been extrodinarily lucky to have such wonderful and inspiring guests. I love showing visitors the amazing sites we have in the area. There’s so much to do and see!!
The property itself is, like I said, absolutely amazing, more than anyone would want for a relaxing, quiet vacation! It is close enough to the city yet is far enough for serenity! My daughter and I hiked a couple of trails near by, they were awe striking and very challenging! Our last day there it was over 100 degrees outside, Debbie was more than gracious to let us soak in the pool/hot tub and enjoy a relaxing afternoon! I would highly recommend this place and the hostess is more than wonderful! We will definitely be going for another visit!
Beautiful home in a rural setting
Really enjoyed my brief stay at the Cow Palace. Very comfortable and spacious with all of the needed amenities at hand. Deborah was very friendly and helpful with recommending nearby attractions. The location was ideal. Close enough to the city and the interstate to make it easy to get around, but in a quiet rural, residential neighborhood that was peaceful and serene. I would definitely stay there again the next time I'm passing through Nor Cal.
Great property, very spacious
We really enjoyed our stay. Very spacious area with two bedrooms. The host are wonderful and will give you all the tips for a great stay. Would book it again in a heart beat.
What lovely people!
Very adventurous, they wanted to really see the area. They were a real treat to talk to!
Would stay again
The whole experience at the Cow Palace was exceptional!! Debbie and Dana were so welcoming and helpful. It felt like visiting friends, no stuffy, cramped hotel rooms!!
Wonderful people on a beautiful piece of property. I would definitely stay here again.
The property is spacious and well kept, with cows and ducks, gorgeous wisteria and vegetation. The nights were very quiet with crickets chirping in the moonlight. Close to everything including great fly fishing where I caught several fish a day. Great trip!
Great people! Very interesting and artistic!
Very low key and good conversations.
Very well behaved and beautiful dogs.
Would love to see these folks again.
