We had a group of 15 of us, (big family!) and had a fantastic time staying at the Sassy Flamingo with Little Mermaid Properties. The owner was very responsive through text message with any questions or concerns we had. The house was beautifully decorated and truly felt like home away from home, with a great bonus of a gorgeous beach in your backyard, just steps away. Plenty of outdoor seating and a cool bbq/bar for cooking, drinking, and socializing. It was the perfect family get-a-way for the size of our family. Everyone had a comfortable bed to sleep and nice bathrooms to use. I would stay here again.

Beautiful view of the rolling waves and less than 10 steps to the dunes that protect the beach. Great to be that close. You can go back and forth with little effort. House sits along a strand of mostly houses, & duplexes. This makes for a very family-oriented beach experience. We are looking forward to our next family vacation at the beach.

My family and I really enjoyed ourselves in Panama City and the gulf front view was stunning. I definitely recommend this property to anyone with a large family.
