Nestled in a quiet neighborhood, this beautiful ranch home is located less than 5 miles from the Air Force Academy, 15 minutes from downtown Colorado Springs and 30 minutes from Denver. This newly constructed ranch-style, open floor plan home is impeccably decorated and has a panoramic view of Pikes Peak and the front range.
The home is located on a cul-de-sac, and it is professionally landscaped with dozens of varieties of vegetation. The kitchen has 2 ovens, gas top cook stove, huge granite island, large pantry, and all the necessities. This home has 2 outdoor living areas (deck and patio). The deck has a BBQ grill, and the patio has a gas fire pit table. Rooms: 2 master suites, guest bedroom, a total of 4 bathrooms, home office with futon/XL bunk bed, 2 living room areas with gas fire places, large screen TV, home gym (treadmill, free weights, olympic bench, mats, heavy bag, exercise balls), ping pong, puzzle and game area.
There are two garden areas with herbs and vegetables for guests to share (in season). There is a gas grill on the deck and a gas fire pit table on the stamped concrete patio.
We are available 24/7 before, during and after your stay.
Newly developed, this alluring and quiet neighborhood has a park with a playground. The park offers plenty of open space for outdoor games or a quiet picnic in the grass. Paved and unpaved walk areas abound.
This house is 4 minutes from I-25.

Other things to note
Relax and rejuvenate by the backyard water feature while taking in the picturesque view of the front range, or enjoy an activity such as ping pong, puzzles, or board games. If you feel like being more adventurous these things and more are minutes away: a plethora of restaurants, stores, shopping, hiking, biking, fishing, sight seeing (Manitou Springs, Garden of the Gods, Pikes Peak Cog Railway), golfing, bowling, theaters, go kart track, museums.
Here are some more details about our home.
Check-in Time: Your check-in time is 4:00 p.m.; however, we will send you a VRBO message to let you know if it is available earlier in the day. (That way, you may check-in earlier, if you would like.)
Parking: You will have access to our two-car garage. We will send you the garage door code the evening before your arrival. Sometimes, the garage door can be a bit finicky. You might have to input the code a couple of times before the door operates.
Key: There is a lock box (with the key inside) on the front door. Again, we will send you the code the evening before your arrival. In case the key gets locked inside the house, don't worry. We have another way to get back into the house. Of course, if you have any entry problems, be sure to give our primary host, Jim, a call at 719-473-5909.
Supplies: We have the house stocked with paper towels, toilet paper, body wash, shampoo/conditioner, dish washing liquid, etc. (We have tried to think of everything you might need, but just let us know if you need something.)
Check-Out: Please send us a message through the VRBO system when you have checked-out. That way, our cleaning crew can get the laundry started.
Check-Out Time: 11:00 a.m. (If you need a later check-out time, please message us through the VRBO message system. We will check with our cleaning crew to see if a later time is possible.)
Bedding: We always want our guests to know that we wash everything before new guests includes the bedspread, blankets, etc. By telling you, you won't wonder if all items are clean. :)
Television/DVD players - Our televisions have access to local channels, and DVD players are available along with a selection of DVDs. And, there is a PlayStation III available for your enjoyment.
