Vacationing is effortless and versatile at this spacious 1700 sqft. house. These accommodations are designed to allow family and/or friends to enjoy the many area attractions. The house is located in Bay St. Louis, Mississippi, just off Bayou LeCroix. The accommodations consist of four bedrooms upstairs, handicap accessible. Sleeping arrangements are a queen-size bed, two twin beds, one set of twin bunk beds and a double/twin bunk bed.

This house is situated on a deep water canal with a 40-foot dock and has quick and easy access to the Jordan River only two miles away. Another three miles out into Bay St. Louis and then the Gulf of Mexico, both of which are reachable within a few minutes by water. Sportsmen will find almost everything they need except the boat. Fishing for anything from speckled trout to bass to deep sea adventures, water skiing, jet skiing, and open water travels to nearby Gulfport, Biloxi or Ship Island are awaiting you. For your convenience launching facilities are just around the corner.

If you don't have a boat, there are many miles of beaches just waiting to greet you. Six miles from the house are the beaches of Waveland, but if you prefer, head on over to Gulfport or Biloxi and enjoy their amenities. They have jet skis, sailboats, kayaks and wind surfers all for rent.

After your long day of fun on the water, relax on the large deck overlooking the scenery and enjoy a little of your own home grilled dinner, or enjoy a friendly game of cards in the sun room. If you’re interested in more of a night life, numerous casinos are on the Gulf Coast – Hollywood Casino and The Silver Slipper are within ten miles of the house. There are more casinos in nearby Gulfport and Biloxi including the Beau Rivage. Restaurants, live theater performances, nightclubs and gambling can be enjoyed in these various casinos.

Like to golf? Well, there are nine golf courses within a 35 mile radius of the camp. Some of the favorites are: Dogwood Hills GC - built in 1992 to serve the growing community in North Biloxi, The Oaks Golf Club - excellent Conditioned Championship Course, The Bridges Golf Club at Hollywood Casino - totally renovated by Arnold Palmer - a must play and Pass Christian Isles - voted “Toughest Finishing Hole In The State.”

For you shop-a-holics, the Gulfport Outlet Mall is just 15 minutes away. Outlet malls just won’t do, you say? How about downtown New Orleans, at just an hour’s drive?

We do welcome small, well mannered pets but respectfully request you clean up after your extended family member.

About Adam Graff

My wife and I absolutely love to spend the days relaxing at the camp. We enjoy boating, the family life and the total relaxation the camp provides us.

Adam Graff purchased this cabin in 2007

Why Adam Graff chose Mississippi

There is no more fun then going out on the boat for an afternoon of exploring, skiing with our daughters or just hanging out. Once back at the camp, it is time to BBQ or boil up a few pounds of shrimp or crabs. After the feast, we watch the sunset with a few adult beverages and wait for the stars to come out.

What makes this cabin unique

If you like the outdoor life, nature at it's finest, you don't need to look any farther. This is the best way to relieve stress and be outdoors.

Guestbook comments from the owner

Thank you so much for letting us stay in your beautiful home. It was truly a place where we felt at home. The wedding was beautiful!

We will definitely recommend you to any of our friends.

Happy Mardi Gras.

Huge house with everything you need.

  • 5 of 5

This was our second trip to Bay St. Louis. This time we brought our whole family down to MS for spring break, grandma and cousins included. We rented this place and another place near by. But it was this place that we spent the time at. It is a much bigger place than I expected. Plenty of tables and chairs to eat at. We dropped our kayaks in the water out back and had a wonderful time exploring the area. Saw plenty of alligators, bald eagles, blue crabs and jumping fish. Spent a number of days at the beach as well and even though the weather was in the 80s we had the whole beach to ourselves. Highly recommend the shrimp boat tour in Biloxi which was worth it for just the dolphins alone. We were all talking about coming back again next year before we even left.

Trip was cut short, but still a great experience

  • 5 of 5

Unfortunately, our trip was cut short by Tropical Storm Cindy. We only got to spend one night at Graff's Acres, but the owner (Adam) was terrific! He kept an eye on the weather and advised us on when we should leave. The house itself was spacious and comfy...obviously a much-loved camp. My kids had fun fishing off the dock out back. Conveniently located near the interstate, a decent grocery store, and a five-minute drive to the beach, we will definitely consider booking this same house again next year!

Owner's Response: Marissa, Thanks for the review, I only wish you could have stayed the full length of your vacation. Mother Nature sometimes does not cooperate, but I was happy to refund you the unused nights. We hope to see you back soon. Adam and Regina Graff

Fun at the camp!!

  • 5 of 5

There were 4 of us who rented this property!

We all had our own bedroom and shared 2 bathrooms, a wonderful convenience!!

Very close to grocery store, casino and shopping.

Kitchen was stocked with all appliances that we needed and we cooked in most of the time.

Tried to crab but was not crab season.

Most of us are 70 or above and found the ramp was a plus for rolling our luggage in and out!!

We are hoping that we will be able to do this trip every year and will definitely try to use this property again.

MR Graff was very helpful before and during stay.

We play cards and found there were plenty of places to play wheather on glassed in porch or at kitchen table.

It was warm while we were there and found air conditioning and fans were great!!

Nothing to say negative about our experience!!

👍👍👍👍🤗🤗🤗🤗

We rented the Graffs home for our family Christmas. Our son is stationed in Mississippi so we drove down from Texas to have Christmas together. The house is awesome! Clean, comfortable and peaceful. We had a great time!

Great place to stay!

  • 5 of 5

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We visited Bay St. Louis to meet family we never knew we had. Turned out one of our cousins lived two blocks over from the rental. Lots of room and we had everything we needed. We cooked 3 out of 5 nights we were there. We grilled below while listening to the radio and even attempted to hula hoop. The hoops clearly weren't meant for grown women lol. Our family just really enjoyed our time there. We were close to everything.(casinos, beach, nola, fishing, grocery, most importantly family) Never had to drive far for anything. Thinkin' we should make a trip in the summer where we can really enjoy the beaches. Was a bit cold this trip!
