This house was built in 2009. It's on a quiet street and within walking distance to town.
It's perfect for entertaining and beautifully decorated! We currently have three generations staying here in the summer months so it's perfect for a family. It was featured on the Annual Southampton Historical House Tour in 2016. (The house tour usually includes one well decorated new house each year) It has also been featured in several home magazine.
The house is flooded with natural light and features a double height soaring ceiling on the main floor. The main floor is one large living area divided into three separate spaces. The entry foyer, a living space with fireplace which seats at least 6 and the end of living room which seats at least 8. There is a formal dining room which seats 8-10 people. The chefs kitchen has four stools at counter and dining table for six in kitchen area as well for easy entertaining. There is a grill deck off the kitchen door. Powder room on main floor is off foyer.
BEDROOMS: Upstairs features an oversized master (king bed) with gas fireplace and private office space and luxurious master bath. There is also a lovely guest room (queen bed) and en suite bath.
The main floor features three bedrooms and en suite baths. Two of the bedrooms have (queen beds) and one has a double bunk bed.
The lower level features a large wine cellar, media room and play room with private bath and pullout sofa bed.
The back porch has a covered awning and gates open up to the pool area. The pool will have been newly renovated this Spring. There is seating area for entertaining 8-10 people on the porch and an outdoor dining table and french chairs for 8-10 people. There is also a guest house with full bath off the pool area which is now used as a home office.
