About Kristine Aguilar
I moved to Indy from Austin, TX a few years ago and am in love with the city. So many cool things to do and see. I love biking around Indy and exploring all the different restaurants/venues/bars and going to all the amazing sporting events. I love being a host and excited for you to have fun in my city!
Kristine Aguilar purchased this House in 2016
Why Kristine Aguilar chose Fountain Square
The neighborhood is quiet, has an amazing neighborhood association and is only a few minutes away from pretty much everything Indy has to offer. Guests have access to the entire home, porch, and back yard. Kitchen equipped with dishes/cookware/and all of the basic essentials. Full washer/dryer with detergent and dryer sheets. Kuerig machine with included coffee k-cups/creamers and sugar. TV (50 inch) with Roku/Netflix access and local antenna channels. Small library with over 40 books. Flat panel monitor you can attach to your laptop in the office. (VGA connection only)
What makes this House unique
Self check-in with lockbox As much as we love meeting our guests, we let our guests have their personal space and will not bother them unless absolutely necessary. We do live in the same neighborhood so we will always be close by. Guests can arrive and access the home using a key lock box with little to no interaction at all. It's your home during your stay. If you have any questions about the home, the neighborhood, or the city, don't hesitate to call or text and I'll get back to you out asap. PARKING: Street parking is available out front, however, you will also have dedicated parking in the back yard. Just pull up to the back of the house using the alley way.

Clean comfortable home
The house is an older home (very tall ceilings, older doors and door handles etc.) But has been painted and revamped. Was clean, spacious, and the beds were very comfortable! I also thought the information sheets and book was very helpful and clear. Only suggestions I would make would be to have a chair or two on the porch to kick back and relax in. Also, maybe a little information on the age and history of the house for those history buffs out there 😀 I would stay again.
