This 3 bedroom 2.5 bath home is conveniently located to the beach, shopping, Del Mar racetrack and freeway. Situated in a well manicured and safe gated community, this home has been well taken care of by the original owner.

This designer home is furnished with cream carpet and is ONLY for those who don't mind taking their footwear off at the door, this is a no pets and no smoking home, best for adults and older children, this is a sophisticated and relaxing retreat not well suited for young children.

When you enter this oasis you'll find lots of natural light, designer furniture, a deck with rocking chairs to watch the sunset. The downstairs patio is perfect for outdoor dining, complete with a dining table and garden with a water fountain. This designer home is nestled against a hill and a perfect retreat and quiet sanctuary for relaxing when you are not on the go visiting the city or beach.

Parking is located in the driveway and the front door is at the top of a staircase, with keyless entry. Equipped with heating and air conditioning there is convenient climate control in each room. The climate is set for comfortable living, if a change in temperature is required the system is easy to use and quick to accommodate.

This home is part of a community with a pool/jacuzzi for residents only, perfect for a quick dip when the temperatures are soaring. A stand alone jacuzzi is just a few steps away and rarely in use.

A biking/walking trail to the beach is nearby, walk to the park and enjoy the extended east bound 8-mile path for a run or bike ride.

I bought this home when it was in the framing stages and lived in it for the last 20 years. I'm the original and only owner. My home has been upgraded and is in pristine condition. I'm a designer and spent years locating the right furnishing and fixtures, I take good care of my things and hope you will too.

I'm an entrepreneur and newly relocated outside of San Diego, but I'm nearby and will be checking you in if you decide to stay in my home.

I'm originally from a small town in Michigan and grew up in San Diego so I am well acquainted with this town and happy to make suggestions for places to go and restaurants to dine.

Why Amy chose Torrey Preserve

In 1997, I owned a company nearby and discovered new properties were being developed so I put my money down to be a first time home owner. I never intended to stay 20 years it just worked out that way, which is a testament to the location and amazing home I have built. This is just a great place to live, with great neighbors and the absolute perfect location.

What makes this house unique

The local bypass is a new exit for the Torrey Hills area making it convenient to get just about anywhere and quickly in San Diego. The local beach and Torrey Pines hike/golf course are just a short drive away, and when I'm in town I hike or run the beach everyday-- it is that beautiful and convenient.

The community has a pool, there are biking trails nearby and all the conveniences of groceries and dining in every direction.

This home is the closest you will find to the luxuries of a hotel and in excellent condition, you won't want to leave.
