About Randolph S. Lawrence
This unit was owned by my parents in 1967 and I have recently purchased it from an interim owner. My family and I have enjoyed the Sandpiper throughout the years, and have seen the growth of the area. Many imitators have built in the desert, but none are like these original condos (where the term was first coined) at Sandpiper.

Why Randolph S. Lawrence chose Palm Desert
We are in Circle One, closest to the shopping on El Paseo. The Sandpiper is the definition of the 1950s "desert modern" style, designed and built by the award-winning architect, William Krisel.
What makes this Condo unique
Beautiful open greenbelt surrounding the pool and ramada. All units are then built around the central pool area, creating a spacious, open aura.
