We call it The Summit, a large newly renovated 5 bedroom, 14 beds, 3 1/2 bath home that comfortably sleeps 24 people and is less than 30mins from San Francisco and just ten blocks away from Oakland.
It is the perfect space to bring people together to relax, reflect and connect! Whether you're on vacation with friends and family, in town for business (Business Travel Ready) or hosting a workshop, The Summit is your perfect retreat.
Designed to bring people together. It uniquely combines the comforts of home and productive workspace to give you the flexibility to create the experience that is just right for you.
As you enter, you'll instantly see the possibilities are endless. Downstairs you'll find a extra large living room with three seating areas, making it easy for everyone to come together and hang out. On the other end you'll enter a lovely formal dining room with surrounding windows, creating the perfect atmosphere to entertain and share meals.
Next, you'll walk into the spacious kitchen with all the amenities you'll need to create grand meals, including two large refrigerators. From there, you'll find the laundry room with 2 sets of washer and dryer for those extra long stays.
Around the corner, the best feature yet! A formal conference room with two large tables to seat 13, a TV and wall to wall windows on one end to bring in the suns rays. It's the perfect space for teams to work together and collaborate!
Make your way down the hallway to find the stairs to the second level where you'll find 4 cozy bedrooms, each with two queen size beds and windows to bring in natural sunlight. Additionally you'll find a large bedroom with 6 bunk beds to accommodate young kids and adults. When you're ready to freshen up, you can use the 3 1/2 bathrooms, one with it's own bathtub for those extra long days.
The Summit is unlike any other place. Filled with character and worldly influences, it will leave you recharged and inspired.

•The max number of parked cars that we allow is 8. You can park four cars in the driveway and another four on the street.

•THIS IS A NON-SMOKING PROPERTY. Please remember that you are renting a private home. We urge you to treat it with the same respect you would like shown in your own home. To fumigate smoking odors left behind costs over $1,000 which will be charged to customer's security deposit.
•Due to being in residential area large gatherings, house parties, loud music etc. are absolutely not allowed.
•Please respect our neighbors. Usage of patio area is not allowed after 9 P.M. where voices can carry easily in our neighborhood.
•Any disturbances resulting in neighborhood complaints or police action, other illegal activities, damage to the property, or violation of this agreement or the rules and regulations governing this property, will be considered sufficient cause for immediate terminat
