Breathe in the crystal clear, fresh New Mexico air as you walk the 2.5 acre property, or really stretch your legs and lungs (the Ranch sits at 7000 cool feet where air conditioning is never needed) as you hike, cross country , ski or snowshoe the ultra-scenic hiking trails that crisscross the stunning mountains of the Cibola National Forest just steps from the Ranch's back door.
It's four minutes drive to the heart of Cedar Crest village with restaurants, grocery store, nail and beauty salons, gym, espresso / coffee bars, apothecary, post office, auto repair, etc. Or enjoy local attractions like the amazing little Tinker Town Museum.

From there it's only 10 minutes more to one of the world's best spas, 10,000 Waves, and then 15 minutes more to incredible skiing at Santa Fe Mountain resort. Or continue on to Taos Ski Valley or Angel Fire (2 hours), or a bit further still (3 hours) to Wolf Creek or Durango, Colorado. The drives are breathtaking.

Access to "the open concept kitchen and dining area is on the second floor, with incredible views of the surrounding mountains through the floor to ceiling windows. Its dining area ,seats 8 at the country size table and additional guests of 6 at the breakfast bar. A door in the dining area leads to a spacious front deck. Where you cn enjoy your breakfast, while looking out over the rolling Sandia Mountains or your dinner as the sun sets in the amazing ‘Land of Enchantment' and star-gazing begins.
THE DEN: Sit on the comfortable leather couch and enjoy lively after dinner conversation or a movie via satellite tv, DVD or internet television with ROKU. Or pull out a board game and play away until the early hours. It's part of the open concept living area, which can include the kitchen and dining areas.
BATHROOM (1) Master bathroom with large Jacuzzi tub with glass surrounding for full view to the outside forest. A separate glass shower is also located in the master bathroom. All bathroom essentials are available for guest

GREAT ROOM/STUDY: Need an area to conduct a little business? This room is set up for such tasks .It's divided fromm the den by double glass doors for privacy is desired A desk will provide the needed room for your laptop or sit comfortably on the full size fold-out suede leather couch. A wood-burning stove is also located in this room to provide a toasty warmth for those chilly nights, with plenty of split logs to burn avilable on site.
BACK DECK & PATIO: Open the backdoor of the study to the back deck and patio. Here you will find a perfect area for enjoying that full wilderness effect. The back of the home faces tree's, tree's and more tree's, accompanied by the gentle sounds of water flowing down the stream and over the waterfall into a lovely little pond at the edge of the flagstone patio.Prepare a delicious outdoor meal on the fullsize BBQ grill and enjoy it as you sit in the chairs surrounding the pond or at the deck-top table overlooking the waterfall. The quietness of the night will certainly put you in a New Mexico trance !

(2) The Serenity Bedroom- 1 Queen bed with moon rays from the passive solar windows pouring in through night.
(3) The Library/Study Bedroom- 1 Full size Futon sleeper is designed for those that enjoy reading with views of the forest.
BATHROOM 1- Jack and Jill bathroom (shower and tub) with accommodations for each guest. This includes, fresh towels, soap, shampoo, cream, and essentials.
ENTERTAINMENT/FAMILY ROOM/OFFICE:Located near the atrium is a comfortable entertainment and family room, including a glass top working size desk with an amazing view through the floor to ceiling glass wall of windows with views of the front meadow. The room is fully equipped for game nights or watching a favorite movie from satellite or internet tv via Roku. A variety of games and DVD's are available for our guest.
Wireless internet is located throughout the property 24/7.

ATRIUM: The Atrium sits at the southernly facing front of the home and is adorned with floor to ceiling passive solar windows. This "wall of windows" provides the perfect spot to read or just relax. Sunlight provides the nutrients for much of the home's plant life , also located in the atrium. Light workout equipment and a massage table is located in the room for those wanting a healthy start to their day. Use at your own risk please.
