Located on stunning 7 Mile Beach in Grand Cayman, our two bedroom, two bath unit is located 30 steps from the sand and offers incredible views of the water. White sand beaches; aqua blue clear waters; average temperatures in the 80's and picture perfect sunsets every single night will make this a vacation you will remember forever.


The fact the Ritz Carlton and the Westin Casuarina have built on either side of us evidences the prime location of our condominium, and offers you all the amenities of a first class full service hotel chain, without having to stay there! Our beach is clean, quiet and private, but just next door you can find people, pools, bars and restaurants, shops, and all the beach toys you can play with.

The Condominium

This third story, 2 bedroom, 2 bath condominium offers a brand new full kitchen, private balcony, vaulted ceilings, broadband internet, and all the amenities you would expect to find in a first class hotel, yet with the comfort of a home. The master suite upstairs offers a king size bed, its own bath and walk in closet, TV, stereo and tropical furnishings. The downstairs bedroom offers a queen bed, TV and plenty of closet space and furnishings.

Our unit has just been completely renovated and offers classic, Caribbean furnishings that are elegant yet fun and comfortable. We personally outfitted our unit for our own use, and no expense was spared in making it the perfect tropical retreat.

The Complex

The Villas of the Galleon Complex is one of favorites of those who know the islands. Prime location, great beach, and many nearby amenities, it has recently undergone a total renovation and is a truly delightful place to spend your days.

An onsite management company provides hotel like amenities such as daily maid service, towel and beach chair service, and will attend to any needs you may have during your stay. All the comforts of a hotel stay, with the autonomy of having your own condo.


We are walking distance to many great restaurants, shops, bars, tours, grocery, hotels and much more. There is terrific swimming, snorkeling, and diving right off our beach.

Why The Owner chose Grand Cayman

We purchased this property in the 80's because after one trip, we knew we had discovered the most beautiful, cleanest, safest island in the Caribbean, and would spend our vacations here forever. More importantly, as people in the real estate business, we believe location is everything, and this location is truly the best on the island. Over the years three generations of our family have enjoyed the beautiful water, wonderful people, and great amenities, and we have enjoyed sharing it with our friends and guests.

What makes this condo unique

Although we've furnished our condo to be comfortable and stylish, the real benefit is the location. You can walk to fantastic snorkeling, great dining, and lots of entertainment. Our beach is private and quiet, but with the two best resorts on the island on either side, you are just steps from activities, pool bars, watersports, rental cars, spas, fine dining and all the action you might want. And the beach is just amazing.

Best beach vacation so far!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this property. The beach access was wonderful and we also had just enough of a beach view from our balcony. Needless to say, we spent most of our time on the beach itself swimming, snorkeling, sunbathing, and napping. The condo was adequately stocked for our needs and the grocery store was just a couple block walk from the condo. There were several restaurants in walking distance that we enjoyed. We were able to easily use the public bus system to get to sightseeing tours. Taxi's can also be reserved but is more expensive. Condo management/staff were friendly and helpful. The condo was cleaned daily and we always had a new set of beach towels available when needed. The condo had a safe which was great for our personal items while out of the condo. Owner, Julie, was always prompt in responding to any email questions we had prior to arriving in Grand Cayman. We would definitely recommend this property and this location on Seven Mile Beach. Hope to return soon!

Cute find

My husband and I and our adult daughter rented this cute condo for spring break and it was perfect for us. The beach at the Villas of the Galleon is one of the best on 7 mile beach. It has plenty of shade or sun all day. The management was friendly and helpful as well. We would definitely stay again and hope to soon.

Perfect for a relaxing beach vacation!

Our family really appreciated the peace & quiet of the Galleon - a little slice of heaven on a beautiful part of the beach. There was no need to get out early to 'save' chairs - always available with fresh towels delivered daily by the maid service. We could easily walk to get groceries and to plenty of great dining spots as well. The owner, Julie, was so helpful & very prompt with any questions we had before/during our stay. The unit was very clean & well appointed. Everything you could ask for on a beach vacation! We'll definitely stay here again!

Great Value

This was a very pleasant surprise. We usually stay at the Westin next door because it has more activity and action for the kids. Well, as it turns out, my wife and kids prefer the quiet space and trees at the Galleon. The beach has enough chairs and lounges for everyone, its got much more space (so you are not on top of each other) and they even had a kayak for the residents which was a great toy for each of us to use. The grounds were well kept, the buildings in good condition and the unit was very well kept, well appointed and very comfortable. We had a great time, with just enough activity to keep everyone happy without feeling like we were being sandwiched between 1,000 guests at a large hotel. I would highly recommend this!!

a little piece of heaven!

Thank you so much, Julie, for sharing your lovely condo with my husband and self. We were so ready to unwind and enjoy the surrounding beauty and your home and its location did not disappoint. Seven Mile Beach is the best beach we have ever visited and the location of the complex is perfect. We walked to everything including restaurants and grocery shopping. Every morning we walked for miles in either direction along the beach. The white luscious sand and beautiful blue/green ocean were mesmerizing. We never stopped taking pictures and sharing with family back home. First thing every morning was a refreshing dip in the ocean. The complex outside on the beach was quiet and comfortable. Other guests were considerate and friendly. There was a very nice mixture of the young and older. The sunsets were incredible, especially while relaxing with a glass of wine. Who would ever want to leave! Lisa, the property manger, was friendly and helpful and the daily maid service was always appropriate and considerate of our space and time. The unit is nicely decorated and very comfortable with a pretty ocean view. We enjoyed breakfast on the spacious deck each morning. This unit is on the top level of the building and it is a walk up, but so very pleasant once you arrive. The master bedroom was light and spacious and the bed was very comfortable.This was our 3rd visit to the island and so this trip was more about relaxing and simply enjoying our environment and Julie's condo certainly achieved all our goals. We would love to return to the Cayman again and would feel most comfortable right there in unit #28. We walked to some of our favorite restaurants such as Eduardo's and Sunshine Grill. We love the romantic feeling of the Italian restaurant 'Casa Nova' in town on the beach. Ask for an outdoor table. You will not be disappointed. We highly recommend this condo complex anytime you are wanting that 'little piece of heaven'! We eagerly look forward to our next visit! Thanks once more, Julie, for all your assistance in making this happen for us.

Fantastic condo, superb location!

We (4) spent a fantastic 9 nights at Julie's condo on the best stretch of SMB. The location was perfect, we walked to some great restaurants (Legends, Eduardo's) and everyone at the complex was very friendly. We spent every day on the beautiful beach. Some days it was harder than others to get an umbrella but we never had an issue getting lounge chairs. The condo unit had its own umbrella so we always used that. The condo is spacious, well appointed, and in a great location. It is perfect for two couples or a family. We enjoyed cooking breakfast and also made sandwich lunches to take down to the beach. The daily maid service was excellent and we always had more than enough clean beach towels. Julie was extremely quick at answering my questions and I would not hesitate to return. Fabulous place!
