* Neighborhood is quiet and respectful, please do your part to keep it that way.
* Unit has a common wall with neighbors who will protect your peaceful environment, please protect theirs:
* No parties
* No blasting music or TV
* Keep volume levels down in the bedroom at night
* No smoking in the house, or within 30' of an open window or door
* No smoking under the patio roof -- it drifts into the neighbor's unit
* Help yourself to ripe fruit in the garden, but please do not pick the flowers
* Please protect the wood floors by wiping up spills
* Garbage is collected on Friday mornings, if your stay includes a Thursday night, please bring the cans out to the street, and back after pickup
* Do not touch or rest items (laundry, suitcases, etc.) on the vehicle (if any) parked in the garage
* Do not pass through the gate into the neighbor's garden, please respect their privacy
* The tool shed in the back yard is not included in the rental
* Do not park in the neighbor's side of the driveway, you can only park in front of the garage door for #37
