One of the most enticing features of island living is fresh tropical fruit. So this home comes with your very own private fruit orchard. The home is 1,700 square feet and sleeps six, with one king bed, one queen, two twins and two bathrooms. It also comes with a two-car garage.
Shuttered windows brighten the stylishly decorated interior. In the living room, a wall-sized window overlooks a garden fringed with palm trees. A big screen television is mounted on the adjacent wall, so you’ve got a lush tropical backdrop on one side of you and deluxe entertainment on the other side.
The bedrooms offer the ideal blend of fine furnishings and island-style décor. Each bedroom comes with a television and plenty of closet and drawer space, and the master suite is also furnished with a desk.
The spacious, modern kitchen features wood cabinets, granite countertops, a pass through window and all the cookware and appliances you need to cook up a tropical feast or blend tropical beverages to sip on the lanai as the sun goes down.
Those tropical beverages taste a little sweeter with a wedge of lemon or lime, so step outside to the orchard overflowing with ripe fruit (depending on the time of year). You’ve got key lime, lychee, orange, and mango trees. You’ll soon discover that there’s no better way to start the day than breakfast on the lanai with slices of sweet mango and fresh-squeezed blood orange juice.
The southern exposure of this home means you get a full day of sun on the spacious wooden deck or patio. Thick clusters of bushes enclose the back yard, giving you privacy as you use the gas grill to serve up a barbeque lunch. After lunch, float in your heated pool or sunbath in one of the lounge chairs. Then after dinner, luxuriate in the hot tub massaged by fragrant garden breezes.
Your stay here will be as relaxing as it is fun, with amenities like air conditioning, Free Wi-Fi, cable, and a washer and dryer. You also have bicycles to tour the island, along with beach essentials like beach towels, beach chairs, cooler, umbrella and beach cart.
People drive for miles to visit the white sands and turquoise waters of Tigertail Beach, but you’re just a short walk away. Another short walk takes you to some of Marco Island’s favorite restaurants, like Joey’s Pizza, Doreen’s Cup of Joe, and Nene’s.
So for a true taste of tropical island life we hope to see you soon.
