"The Perch" - spacious, private loft in the sky with views of downtown Nashville

The Perch provided us the getaway my friends and I were looking for! Just a short drive to Broadway and within walking distance of restaurants. The house itself was spacious and clean with plenty of room for three couples to spread out and have our own space. We will definitely be back!

I stayed here with my girlfriend and two friends for the arctic monkeys show this past weekend. The place was beautiful and like others have mentioned has great a.c. which was very much needed during our stay. I was expecting it to seem smaller in person but to my surprise it was more open than I had imagined. The balcony was the perfect icing on the cake, we hung out on it every morning before we started our day. Highly recommend staying here!

We really enjoyed staying at the Perch. We had 6 adults (3 couples) and the place was the perfect size for us. Owner has a sheet prepared with suggestions for nearby restaurants, grocery stores, etc. We usually took an Uber to Broadway (about $7-$10) and spent most of the day down there. House has good air conditioning, everything you would need to cook (even though we didn't) and comfortable beds with TV in each room. Owner Chad was great to work with!

The Perch was perfect for our Nashville weekend to see U2. There was plenty of room for 3 couples and the accommodations were well kept. The balcony was terrific, we were out there as much as possible. Plenty of TVs and good internet service. We were within a 5 minute walk of places to eat and get coffee. It was an easy Uber ride to downtown activities.

We had a wonderful stay at “The Perch”! Lots of space for 5 of us to spread out in the 3 bedroom/2 bath loft, and enjoy all the comforts of home. Spent some time on the beautiful deck overlooking Nashville. A short drive to the strip made it the perfect spot for us. Fully stocked kitchen, soft towels and comfy beds. Chad, the owner, was very responsive and wonderful to work with. Highly recommended!
