Centrally located right on Main Street, this spacious 2BD/2BA is offered at a great rate and includes FREE heated underground parking. PERFECT LOCATION, great views, and all conveniences provide you with a hassle-free vacation for the whole family. You can WALK to everything, even the LIFT!

Park your car in the underground garage, leave your ski gear at the ski valet downstairs, and WALK 3-minutes to the ski lift. Forget anything? No problem ... you can rent from Christy Sports right downstairs. In the winter, the SKI SCHOOL is also located right downstairs. After your daytime activities, enjoy the work out room, 7 hot tubs, and the Pioneer Club Lounge (located on site & shared with the Hyatt) as well as amenities such as a steam room and a large outdoor heated pool.

This 2 bedroom corner condo is located on the second floor of Main Street Station in downtown Breckenridge, in the same complex as the Hyatt Vacation Condos The unit provides great views of the mountains and Breck's famous Main Street. The layout is as follows:

Master bedroom -- king-size log bed, cable TV, DVD, phone

Master bath -- two sinks, a big bathtub, separate shower

Second bedroom -- twin/full log bunk bed (sleeps 3), cable TV

Living room -- cable TV, stereo, comfy queen-size pull-out sofa, 2 over-sized chairs, and a cozy gas fireplace.

Linens, towels, kitchen amenities, dishes, and barware are all included, plus there's a dishwasher and washer/dryer in the unit.

Relax on the mountain view balcony that overlooks downtown. Or, when you choose to venture out, you can WALK to everything that the town has to offer. Shops, restaurants, and Massage therapy are located just downstairs, or take a stroll down Main Street for dozens more things to do! All the restaurants in town are a very short walk away. It's also easy to explore several other local resorts: Keystone (20 min by car), Arapahoe Basin (20 min), Vail and Beaver Creek for skiing (45 min), and only twenty minutes to Dillon for sailing or horseback riding.

Great location, comfortable accomodations

My family and I stayed a few weekends ago. This condo is right at the intersection of Park and Main St making it very close to shopping and great restaurants. Quicksilver lift and ski school are just across the courtyard area. It was very convenient for my brother and nephew each morning and afternoon. The condo itself is comfortable with everything you need in the kitchen for meals “at home”. We would definitely choose to stay here again.

'Great location in Breck'

The apartment was well presented and had everything we needed for our 3 week stay in Breckenridge. Being close to the ski lift, restaurants and shops it was very easy for us to get around and the shuttle service provided by Main Street Station made getting to and from the supermarket, restaurants etc very easy. The ski concierge service was fantastic and although we did not use the Hyatt facilities such as the hot tubs and gym etc, they were all there had we wanted to. We found quite a few good restaurants close by. One of the standouts was Giampietro for their excellent Pizza and beautiful home made pasta (delivery service available too) The only thing I would suggest is to have a little booklet available in the apartment with information on local medical services (which unfortunately we did require due to Altitude sickness) the contact numbers for Main St Station reception and for their Shuttle Service, info on the Ski Valet etc. Unfortunately we were not greeted with any enthusiasm at Reception as we were not booking via Wyndham or Hyatt (I'm guessing), so most of this information we gathered along the way.

We had an absolutely fantastic time there and look forward to visiting Breck again in the future.

Well equipped condo in a great location.

We had a great week doing all the fabulous outdoor activities in Breck including hiking, rafting, fly fishing , horse riding and more. Walk to town and shops. Enjoyed the poolside grill too!

Awesome Breck Trip

Overall we rate the condo a 4+.


Location: right in the middle of Main Street Station where alot of the action is. Proximate to Main Street and Park Ave, and simple walk to virtually everything including the bike trail, hiking trails, 200+ shops/restaurants, the pool, hottubs, exercise facility. You name it, this condo is right near it. The furthest walk was to Kroger/City Market about 1 mile away. Never had to drive!

Access: multiple easy accesses in and out of the condo unit, with both stairways and elevators.

View: the 2nd floor gave us an almost perfect unobstructed view of the mountains, Blue River, and Park Ave. The balcony had two nice chairs and a table with ample room for probably a third chair.

Kitchen: the kitchen was newly updated and very nice. Moreover, he provided virtually anything we needed for the entire trip other than our food/drinks. This btw was very much appreciated.

Laundry: this unit has a washer/dryer in it which we used a few times. He even provided dryer sheets for us to use.

Size: the unit was big enough for 5 although a bit cozy in the living room


Cleanliness: when we arrived it was apparent that the place wasn't cleaned with a keen eye as we found several items/food on the floors in each of the rooms. In the washer were some socks not taken out. We were a bit taken aback because that made us question whether the sheets, towels, or utensils had been washed. But other than that it was pretty clean

Small fixes: two light bulbs were burnt out. There were plenty of bulbs so I replaced one in the guest bedroom; the kitchen I did not. One of the drawers was broken in the master bath, and a second cabinet door broken on the kitchen island. The drain in the master shower was plugged up so that we were more than ankle deep in water when showering. I tried to fix this but was unable to.

Misc: despite having virtually everything there wasn't a broom. We searched everywhere and could not find one. Also, the master gets warm and is the only one without a ceiling fan. A small portable fan would be appreciated.

Living Room: furniture is outdated, very worn, and too big . Three enhancements would go a long way: 1) swap the two chairs for a small, new loveseat for comfort and size; 2) replace the table with a smaller newer one; 3) get a larger tv and mount it either over the fireplace or in place of the entertainment center. The one in there is too small and out of the viewing area of most of the living room.

Owner's Response: The cleaning service we having been using for years recently got purchased and the new cleaners had some initial quality issues. We are addressing any deficiencies and we want all of our guests to stay in a very clean environment. We have asked them to put in additional quality controls or we will find other cleaners. If the unit is not professionally clean when a guest arrives, we ask they notify us at time of check in and we will notify cleaners so they can immediately resolve. We had extended stays over the summer & we hire our maintenance folks to fix & repair the unit as we are notified of issues. We are currently evaluating furniture and electronic upgrades and we expect them to be implemented in the near future.

Perfect Location and amenities!

Prefect location for our trip to Breck! Easy walk to the lift and the ski valet was a nice bonus! We really enjoyed the condo. Plenty of space and had all of the essentials. The owner was very accommodating and quick to respond with any questions. We'll be back for sure!!

Great location/Great Owner

Location was perfect- close walk to the lift from ski valet as well as being right on Main Street. We were able to walk to everything. The only place we drove was to the grocery store. Condo was the perfect size for two adults and three teenagers. The owner was easy to work with and very accommodating. We will definitely stay here again.
