A lovely home in a perfect location!!!
I and my buddies spent 3 amazing days in this unit to hang out, have a liquid diet, and enjoy each other. Due to the fantastic location and a few Lyft rides, we were able to enjoy much of historic downtown Savannah. It was comfortable, and I'm looking to visit again with my family.
Wonderful stay in a Beautiful home
James, from the Savannah Company met us at check in that was not only helpful to learn the “ins and outs” of the home, but it made us feel welcome and even more excited for our stay. The home is comfortable and located on such a beautiful street and great location for taking in the sights of Savannah. Parking was easy, we had no issues parking in front of the home. We would love to stay here again if visiting Savannah.
We stayed for almost a month and everything was great. James was extremely nice and helpful. Our pup accidentally broke a window on the property and James was more concerned about him and if he was okay than the window. Definitely opt for the additional insurance because you never know when an accident is going to happen. We didn't have to worry about anything thanks to that. The backyard area is great and we made use of the grill and outside dining area on several occasions. Although this is a townhouse we never heard any noise from the neighbors. The downstairs bathroom with the soaking tub was one of my favorite things about the house! Would definitely stay again.
a lovely spot and home just lacking some attention to detail
This home is lovely and on an amazing street right near everything and yet quiet. We could not hear any street noise. The management team could not be nicer! The beds were comfortable, towels were plush, air conditioning worked wonderfully and decor was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was decently stocked for cooking at home and lacking in some staples like a cutting board and a way to ventilate. There was no range vent in kitchen so be sure to open the back door to vent the cooking aroma. Also there is no ventilation in upstairs bathroom and you cannot open the window. It would have been nice to have a welcome book on hand ( the amazing property manager dropped one off after we asked for one) None of the windows opened and the blinds on a few windows were broken,There were cushions missing from the outdoor furniture so you could not sit on it. it seems like the homeowners need to put a little money into bringing this potential gem up to the 5 star home it can be. Overall nice place.
Historical convenient oasis
This house was a perfect fit for us on this visit to Savannah! We enjoyed being close to everything and rarely had to start the car to go anywhere. The property was well equipped and managed by a friendly and helpful James. The only downside was not enough lamps in the common rooms! We would rent from them again.
In the heart of Savannah, convenient to SCAD
Our son participated in the SCAD Rising Star program this summer. My husband and I, along with his parents, stayed here a few days to enjoy Savannah and view the SCAD closing exhibit. We were able to stash our son’s dorm stuff and re-pack it for our trip home, and our son had a room to stay in for a night after moving him out of the dorm. It’s a perfect location for a family to enjoy time together. Savannah has wonderful restaurants so we wanted to enjoy those, but we still fixed breakfast onsite. It’s close to a good grocery store. You can set out on foot to explore all that historic downtown Savannah has to offer. The house is quiet, roomy and comfortable and in a good neighborhood.
