Great location! Accommodated my family and two dogs well. Loved the character of the home.
Our family loved this home. The private courtyard was definitely a plus. Only a short drive to all the area attractions.
Southern Hospitality At Its Best!
The home was lovely. It has beautiful hardwood floors, high ceilings and old Southern charm! We had a couple of issues that James took care of very quickly (A/C upstairs wasn’t cooling-it needed Freon & someone came to fix it within a couple hours, and the dishwasher tipped out-he secured it to the cabinet the next day). The beds were comfortable, the kitchen well stocked with pans/ cookware, and a very nice grill for cooking out. We were able to park on the street most of the time which was convenient - just beware of which side has street sweeping 12:01am to 4:00am or you’ll be ticketed. There is a grocery store within .3 mile. When we checked out, we forgot a few small items and when I called him, James delivered them to me as I was still in town. The on-site washer/dryer was great to wash for fresh towels mid-week. If you are not “tech-y”, be sure you try out yourself how to use each tv; our computer guru son figured it out when one upstairs wouldn’t work. It was simple for him! 😉 This was the perfect place for a lovely family vacation with three generations and to celebrate our daughter’s SCAD graduation! James is a gracious and very helpful host. If there is something you need while you are here ... just ask!
Thanks, James & crew,
Tami, Mark and Family 🤗
Great Place to Stay in Savannah
Second trip to Savannah and this time we stayed on Jones Street. The accommodations were fairly centralized and close to SCAD which was part of the reason for our visit. The E. Jones Street condo is very spacious and tastefully decorated with all the amenities; my daughter enjoyed the claw-foot tub. And even better, we were able to bring our canine fur baby..
What a wonderful property! Spacious, clean and convenient for walking around Savannah. Jordan was extremely helpful and accommodating. Would stay again!
The place was lovely but lacked many things to make it more comfortable!
The agent was friendly, met us on time and showed us the property. And he brought coffee!!!! Location is wonderful. Pointers to improve the stay: blankets or throws; one of us was always cold, two of us too warm. There was hardly any toilet paper, no Kleenex, no bath soaps. Faucet for shower very difficult, no shower curtain downstairs. Light in front of washer burned out. If bedspreads are the only blankets they should be cleaned regularly!
It would be great to have an instruction/reference book for the property! Information about the house, instructions for tv, exit instructions—we couldn’t quite figure out what to do with the garbage, sheets and towels, etc.
Thanks for your feedback Erika. We always try to accommodate our guests’ needs as soon as we are made aware of them, we apologize if it wasn’t made clear to you at check in that the provided property manager’s mobile number was given for you to contact during your stay should you need anything.
Also, be assured that all sheets and bedspreads are freshly laundered for each customer’s stay.
Charming and historic
The property met our needs for a three day vacation. We appreciated the two bathrooms, one on each floor. The beds were comfortable and the bath towels luxurious. One suggestion would be for the management to install a lock box on the back door as well so there would be easy entrance to the house from the parking space in back. All in all , an enjoyable visit to the beautiful city of savannah.
