It is in the best downtown location; one block from the Inner Harbor, the Empress Hotel and Conference Center, Beacon Hill Park and many other attractions (see below and the map). Enjoy relaxing on the deck and watching the sunset over the ocean.
It is a secure building with safe, underground parking and bike storage included that avoids the hassle of limited parking in the downtown core. There is a communal gym and entertainment room with a TV and pool table for everyone's use.
There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Each bedroom has a queen bed, closet, and huge windows. The master bedroom has large walk through closets that lead into a 4 piece en suite bathroom. The condo is approximately 900 sq ft.
Car rental is across the street. Local transit buses stop outside the entrance to the building. Kayak and bike rentals, the tourist information center, whale watching, movie theaters, many great restaurants and shops, IMax, the Royal BC Museum, Parliament buildings, and the Royal & McPherson Theater are within a safe, 5 minute walk away.
Make yourself at home in the Fully Equipped Modern Kitchen with a Self-cleaning Oven, large Microwave Oven, Coffee Maker and a full-sized Refrigerator. All you need is on hand to prepare delicious home-cooked meals, plus many extras, with pre-stocked paper towels, cooking oil, food covering wraps, soaps, and more.
A Washer and Dryer are conveniently located in a separate cupboard next to the Bathroom. Towels, soaps, shampoo and body wash are provided for your soak in a deep tub or refreshing shower.
To save you time and money, start up quantities of the following amenities are provided: paper products (including paper towels and toilet paper), bags for waste, plastic wrap and foil, hand soaps, shampoo and body wash, dish and laundry soap, salt and pepper.

Bike storage can be a tricky issue. Every building has a different bike storage policy and there are no guarantees that spots will be available. Every building has a zero tolerance for bikes in the lobbies or elevators, fines will be issued for such. If you are bringing a bicycle, please be aware that it is your responsibility to check to see if the unit you want to rent has a place to store it.
We recommend renting bikes while you are here, many of the bike rental companies will allow them to be stored there at the end of the day even if you rent them for a week.
If you have a large vehicle, please be sure and check the garage clearance for the building to make sure your vehicle will fit.
