We bought this condo as a 2nd home and when we are not there, we are sharing it with friends, family, charity and others who love the beach! We manage this ourselves so you can be assured your stay is hassle-free and there are no surprises at arrival.

Experience the beach in a corner condo with lots of windows & higher ceilings! You won't be disappointed with the expansive views here, and very few condos in this building or in PCB offer 10' ceilings and corner location, maximizing the spacious feel & east/west views!

Well-appointed & professionally decorated home is perfect for a couple, or up to 6 friends and family for ultimate comfort.

This gorgeous, approximately 1,500 square foot large 3 bedroom condo features a master bedroom suite with jetted tub & separate large shower, balcony access and prime beach views. Two suites have king size beds, third bedroom has day bed with a trundle bed.

The condo has a keyless entry system, easy check-in, check-out with no lines and hassles, or inconvenient keys or keycards. Deal directly with owner instead of a large management company. Low density complex, just 45 units, is convenient with no long waits for elevators! Volleyball and beach activities, including water motor sports, are within steps during peak season!

Our condominium offers a well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and breathtaking views from the living room and bedroom balcony. Additional upgrades such as granite kitchen and bathroom counters, designer fans, hair dryer, full washer/dryer & three televisions, make this condo a home away from home.

Marisol features one of the largest beachfronts in the area. Guests can utilize the fitness center, pool, and assigned parking. Conveniently located near grocery stores, Walmart, restaurants (Pineapple Willy's is a close walk on the beach), golf courses, movie theatres, family activities such as miniature golf, go-carting and arcades. Many activities are within walking distance.

What makes this condo unique

The beach is outstanding, and the views of the Gulf wildlife will take your breath away: Stingray, schools of fish, dolphin. In high season, the motorized sports are steps away, and the volleyball court is always fun to watch. Our floor has higher ceilings, and more windows since it is on the corner. The condo is close to everything, walking distance to the county pier and Pineapple Willy's, and driving distance to Pier Park. This condo is our second home that we rent in summer when we are not using it, and we want our guests to enjoy it as a second home as well. We do not rent to the 'party crowd' to maintain the quality of the furnishings and amenities.

Our family had a great time at your condo.

We booked this condo for a family vacation on the beach. I chose this condo building because of it’s small size - only 45 condos in the building. There are no waits for the elevator, pool was not crowded and under building parking always had a security guard. The condo was beautifully decorated, spacious and had a great view of the beach. Will definitely book this condo again when we return to Panama City Beach.

Excellent Condo for Family Vacation or Getaway

My family and I visited this beautiful property for the Memorial Day weekend, it exceeded our expectations and we were very comfortable. It is definitely a home away from home, and the homeowners were very accessible and very easy to work with, and made sure that we felt at home. The décor was beautiful, and we were literally steps away from the beach, I am looking forward to visiting again in the very near future.

Perfect for our group!

A group of five us stayed in Steve and Dee Dee's condo in early June. This included myself, my wife, our 8-year-old daughter, and my in-laws. With its three bedrooms, the condo was the perfect amount of space for us. The balcony and its view was perfect, too. The location was close to restaurants, ice cream shops, etc. -- not to mention the beach! The building itself was clean and well-maintained.

We can't say enough great things about our stay!

Excellent condo for superb family vacation

This was our first stay in Mari Sol, but hopefully won't be our last. Steve and Dee Dee's second home is comfortable and roomy with excellent views of the gulf. Steve was extremely accessible whether it be by email, phone call or text, and he was overly gracious in allowing us a couple of hours "cheat time" with an early check in. The condo has a great floor plan whether a family visits or just a couple of older couples wish some downtime and relaxation. The designated parking space was a nice amenity, and was something my wife and I had never experienced before at other PCB resorts. Looking forward to a return visit!

Exclusive development - can't get any closer to the beach, soft warm sand welcomes you.

Steve and DeeDee have a beautiful second home that we were lucky to come across. Stunning oceanfront views complete with large balcony and high ceilings. Their WELL decorated unit was spacious and luxurious. We loved it so much we actually made an offer on a same floor unit so that we can come back anytime we want.

We had a perfect family vacation here, the condo is so roomy, comfortable, nicely decorated, etc. The owner was so easy to work with, I would highly recommend staying at Marisol! PCB is a fun place with lots to do for all ages! We will be back!!

Awesome Condo!

My husband and I just returned from spending a fantastic week here with our daughter, teenage grandson, and our grandson's best friend. The condo is absolutely beautiful, spacious, clean and comfortable. We never once felt like we were in each other's way. We all felt very at home staying here. The building itself is clean, quiet, and convenient to shops and restaurants. The views, especially the sunset, from the balcony are breathtaking! Steve is great to work with. My questions were promptly answered and his restaurant recommendations were outstanding. I would recommend this condo to anyone looking for a great place to stay in PCB!
