From the lanai, you can enjoy breathtaking golf course frontage views of the Waikoloa Beach Golf Course. Overlooking the 3rd Fairway and the putting green with a clear view of the Kings Lake. Enjoy a cup of Kona coffee or simply have a barbecue on the private outdoor summer kitchen equipped with a stainless steel gas grill. This is relaxation at its finest.

The gourmet kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, breakfast counter with bar stools for extra seating. The kitchen is set up with all the comforts of home. From morning coffee to evening cocktails and all in between. All the following amenities are at your fingertips. (Coffee maker, coffee grinder, blender, toaster, crockpot and rice cooker and of course dishes, pots and pans, utensils etc.)

The Villa is tastefully decorated in tropical island decor and has been upgraded with fine finishes throughout. Seating for six is available in the dining area. The living room offers a convertible sofa and a reclining chair for your comfort while you chose to either watch some TV, read a magazine or listen to your favorite music.

Tired of relaxing and want some nightlife? The King shops are steps away and the Queen shops are across the way. Check out the Island Gourmet Market at the Queen's Marketplace. Grab an Ice Cream at the Marble Slab Creamery during your visit. Besides great shopping there are several great restaurants like: Roy's Waikoloa Bar and Grill, The Koa Table by chef Ippy, A-Bay Island grill, Daylight Mind Coffee Company, Romano's Macaroni Grill, Charley's Thai Cuisine, Sansei Seafood Restaurant and Sushi Bar. If you are looking to stay in an absolutely beautiful,quiet new villa in Waikoloa overlooking the 8th green of the Beach golf course and Kings Lake, your search is over. This villa provided my wife and I with full amenities; from the outdoor barbeque on the large lanai, the great pool and spa, to the coolers, boogie boards and beach chairs provided for us to use on our many trips to the local beaches. We loved staying here, we can't wait to come back and highly recommend it.

June 19 - June 24, 2017 very nice with only two problems

The condo is beautiful as depicted on the web site pictures and very, very clean. All the amenities listed on the web site were available and stocked with everything one would need. Our family rented this unit based on the outdoor kitchen which was fabulous. We prefer to cook in and not eat out. We would encourage any interested party to use this beautiful property. We experienced only two problems during our stay. Two nights before we were to leave we ran out of propane for the BBQ. The second tank was also empty. We tried to fill them at the nearest service station, but they were unable to do so or recommend a place where we could get them refilled. The second issue was with parking. Our contract stated a marked reserved parking space G-32 was for our use and we never failed to use that indicated parking spot. On the morning of our departure, there was a notice on the car windshield that we were illegally parked and needed a parking pass displayed in the car. we were never advised of this or where we could pick up a parking pass. The notice also stated the car would be booted or towed at our expense. Fortunately, this didn't occur before we were leaving for the airport as it would have caused us problems and a missed flight. we wonder if Jeffrey is aware of this situation as he was very easy to deal with and the contract was very detailed. We would suggest checking on this if you rent this beautiful condo. It is very close to many activities and we will return again.

Owner's Response: Thank-you for your helpful input regarding the parking pass. This is a newly added association rule We have them stored in the right hand drawer and usually leave one on the guest table. In the future we will add the parking pass information to the contract. As far as the propane, we had no idea the spare tank was empty. We had it filled in April. Usually we are told when a tank is empty or switched so a spare is always available. Please accept our apologies. FYI, We do live on the Island and if we became aware of the situation we would have immediately had the tank refilled .. Mahalo Jeff & Patti

We had no issues with the unit. All good. Location, views, convenience, tv, wifi, pool, bbq, etc. Could easily stayed more than a week, and probably will in the future. Communications with Jeff were great.

Could not have been happier!!! Jeff and Patti's condo is even better than the pictures shown. Fantastic location, great views from the lanai and Jeff and Patti were very accomodating! Would highly recommend this condo to others, thanks for a great stay!

Even better than the reviews- a beautiful condo with full amenities

Our family of 3 absolutely loved staying here! The condo looks even more beautiful than the pictures. We appreciated that it was fully stocked with TP, paper napkins, laundry detergent, toiletries etc. The location was excellent for all our Big Island adventures . It is very close to the Kings/Queens shopping center with restaurants, Island Gourmet grocery store and even a Starbucks. We enjoyed having our coffee in the lanai enjoying the scenery and the birds (and occasionally being amused by an especially bad golfer). The indoor kitchen is full equipped with appliances and dishes and there is also a grill in the lanai, so it was very easy to make some meals at home. The condo had everything you need for a day at the beach (coolers, towels, sand toys, boogie boards) and our four year old especially enjoyed boogie boarding for the first time. Jeffery was extremely easy and professional to deal with and we would highly recommend this condo to anyone visiting the Big Island !

Beautiful condo

This condo was perfect for our family of 2 adults, 2 teens - well-equipped for cooking in a few nights and playing every day (beach gear!). The location on the island is great - we went all the way around, stayed at the Volcano Hotel one night - highly recommended - and explored the beaches on our side of the island. Jeffrey and Patti were super helpful and more than accommodating. Thanks for an awesome family vacation!
