This area is one of the most sought after locations in Myrtle Beach - within a short drive to all major attractions but located in the quietest beachfront in the area. Perfect for couples looking for a quiet beach vacation. Amenities include outdoor pool, heated indoor pool, hot tub, and sauna. Free Garage parking. Additional parking lot for over-size vehicles (sedans over 192 inches, pickups, vans only). Guest laundry available with vending. Condo is newly furnished with a king-size bed, step-in shower, cable, internet WIFI, flat panel smart TVs in bedroom and living room, and kitchen with all utensils and microwave. Modern induction counter-top units for other cooking. Keurig coffee maker and toaster. Counter-top convection oven available on request. Laminate and tile flooring throughout. This is a very comfortable place for a couple. Great for walking. Ocean Forest Plaza is a 24 story condo building with all condos owned by private owners so there is no reception/check-in area. Keyless entry with code provided by owner. No Pets allowed per HOA rules. Smoking on balcony only and other designated places around the building - not in hallways or elevators.

Why Peggy Ferreira chose Myrtle Beach

We bought this condo as a vacation home when we lived out-of-state, using it one/two weeks a month before moving to this area permanently and purchasing a second condo. We still love the location at this site of the former Ocean Forest Hotel which includes quiet tree-lined streets and of course, the least populated beach in Myrtle Beach. The condo is set up specifically for those who are into vacationing and not so much baking or serious cooking. There is no traditional stove, oven or dishwasher. These were removed to significantly increase the amount of countertop area and storage space. However, there is a full-size microwave and 2 induction cook-tops that will handle most cooking requirements. The induction cookers are portable and fit neatly into a drawer when not in use. Instructions for their use are provided. A counter-top convection oven can be made available on request, but this unit will decrease available countertop. Guest laundry is available on the 7th floor. There are 3 elevators so wait time for elevator service is usually minimal. Trash rooms are located on each floor. Beach chairs, other beach stuff, and towel drying rack stored on balcony. Also, the City of Myrtle Beach offers beach chairs and umbrellas for daily rent on the beach fronting the building - Contact life guard for renting.

What makes this condo unique

The ocean views from the living room and balcony are fantastic. The beach is one of the least crowded in all of Myrtle Beach. Besides the beach, this is a really nice area for those who like to walk. There is a nice sidewalk along Ocean Avenue. It is a short walk to US business 17 where there are many eating and shopping places. Food Lion is located within walking distance (just under a mile). My favorite walk was to go up the beach to around 76th Ave. (Starbuck's is at the Long Bay resort at 72nd), take 76th toward King's Hwy (Bus. 17), stop at Dunkin Doughnuts for a snack, then walk home through the quiet, shady, tree-lined side streets of Ocean Forest.

Adorable boutique-feel condo in best location on strand!

Peggy is an incredible host! She was easily reached when GPS rerouted me...this condo is well appointed and she thinks of every detail to make your stay incredible!

The bed is comfortable and the sheets are very nice! There are plenty of towels and washcloths. The shower is divine!

The space appears to have been completely updated and furniture is new ... floors are amazing ans the kitchen is very user friendly with lots of space to store your groceries.

There is a large balcony overlooking ocean front... and the fireplace inside is not only Adorable, but completely functional.

*** notes about the resort***

The parking garage is TIGHT... my SUV could not fit. It there is parking next to unit and Peggy made sure I had pass for that.

The only hot tub is indoor and heavily chlorinated...

indoor pool was lovely.

I would be honored to book this space again.

Peggy, thank you for making my stay soooo comfortable and enjoyable! I hope to reserve your condo again.
