Adequate but some issues
Space was adequate-clean, no frills. Located a little further from main strip and County Music Hall of Fame than originally thought. Parking nearby was hard to find when we arrived on evening of a concert across street and ended up parking 15 minutes away in an expensive lot. Also rooftop pool was not accessible because of rain- a disappointment. Some good restaurants nearby but not a big choice.
We had a great stay here. Really good location to get to a lot of different neighborhoods around the city and the check-in was super easy and available for when whenever we arrived.
Excellent location, easy access, clean property.
Stayed at this property over the weekend and had a great time in the city. The property itself was in a great location, close to many of the attractions of Nashville and was easy to access. The host was excellent in communication and was very organized in sending you all the necessary instructions. The property was clean and had everything we expected. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Nashville.
The condo is in a good location , a few blocks away from Broadway. I only give it a 3 stars because the sofa is looking dirty and the towels looks like they have been used a zillion times. There's a washing machine but there's no dryer so I don't see the point of having one in the unit. Be careful because you can't make any changes on your booking 60 days prior to your stay otherwise Nashville is a fun place to visit.
Nice Place for First Trip to Nashville
Overall the apartment was really nice. It was walking distance to Broadway and the rooftop pool was an awesome amenity. The apartment was smaller than I expected but was enough room for my friend and I. Three people may get a little crowded. The check-in process was very easy. The check-in and check-out times were different than stated on the site so it was a little confusing. I wish there would have been some basic items provided such as coffee and laundry detergent so we could have washed our towels after going to the pool. Also the toilet seat was broken, the bottle of hand soap in the bathroom was practically empty and there was a dead bug on the floor when we first arrived. The air conditioner didn't seem to be performing at full capacity since it was set at 63 degrees but it felt more like 73. The filter in it was extremely dusty and probably had never been replaced. Overall it was a good stay for our first trip to Nashville.
Loved being close to Broadway/2nd but in a quieter area. Walk to where all the bars are is 10-15 minutes; Uber is the way to go ($6.95). Rooftop pool is awesome - just get there early because it gets crowded. Should have a plan for parking; wasn't always easy to find a spot and garages are expensive =(. Woolworth's on 5th - a couple blocks away, has a great brunch!
