Nice Place for First Trip to Nashville
Overall the apartment was really nice. It was walking distance to Broadway and the rooftop pool was an awesome amenity. The apartment was smaller than I expected but was enough room for my friend and I. Three people may get a little crowded. The check-in process was very easy. The check-in and check-out times were different than stated on the site so it was a little confusing. I wish there would have been some basic items provided such as coffee and laundry detergent so we could have washed our towels after going to the pool. Also the toilet seat was broken, the bottle of hand soap in the bathroom was practically empty and there was a dead bug on the floor when we first arrived. The air conditioner didn't seem to be performing at full capacity since it was set at 63 degrees but it felt more like 73. The filter in it was extremely dusty and probably had never been replaced. Overall it was a good stay for our first trip to Nashville.
Loved being close to Broadway/2nd but in a quieter area. Walk to where all the bars are is 10-15 minutes; Uber is the way to go ($6.95). Rooftop pool is awesome - just get there early because it gets crowded. Should have a plan for parking; wasn't always easy to find a spot and garages are expensive =(. Woolworth's on 5th - a couple blocks away, has a great brunch!
Great basic apartment
The apartment is just as pictured. Super close to the excitement of Broadway and not much farther to the Country Music Hall of Fame. Interested in some hockey? The Bridgestone Arena is right there as well. Only thing that I wish it has supplied was some coffee for the coffee machine, or some small samples of shampoo/conditioner, like hotels do. But it isn't a deal breaker...just meant we'd find a place to have coffee rather than buying more than we would need. BIG note: We did not have a car, and shopping for groceries from here does not seem convenient...or we just didn't know where to go. A Walgreens was our best bet.
Lot's of fun but probably better on the weekend.
We were able to walk everywhere: Broadway, the Listening Room, Germantown. The condo is simple and clean. The instructions were excellent. The pool and rooftop look amazing, but it was not open (remodeling). They expected it to open next weekend.
Would not recommend
This place was an old bldg that has been renovated. The hLlways had an odor to then and the rooftop pool was closed. Less expensive than a lot of the other downtown hotels, definitely geared towards younger crowd. Bed was comfy and room was clean, just very basic. When I inquired about the resident coffee bar that they mention in their ad, I was told it was for residents only🤔. Why do they mention it in ad? I
