ABOUT THE UNIT
The 1 Bedroom Deluxe Suite sleeps up to 4 guests with a Queen bed in the Bedroom and a Queen sleeper sofa in the Living Area. You will have a full bathroom with shower/tub combination, dining area, balcony/patio and a kitchenette that features a microwave, coffee maker, mini refrigerator, flatware, and glassware.

Sold out weeks and/or Holiday weeks may be subject to higher nightly rates. Accurate price quotes are always available upon inquiry and/or reservation request.
Tripbound is pleased to offer cancellation of the reservation up until 30 days prior to check-in for a full refund. You may also cancel up until 15 days from check-in for a 50% refund. If guests are looking to cancel a reservation less than 15 days prior to check-in, the reservation is non-refundable.
A booking confirmation showing the unit and dates are booked and final will be generated within 24 hours of a reservation request or instant booking being confirmed by the seller.
Guests will be supplied a final confirmation (also known as a guest certificate) two weeks prior to travel which must be presented at the time of check in.
You are never required to attend a presentation as part of your stay with us! If you are not interested, please be firm and explain you do not have ANY time and will not sit through any presentation. Please use caution when being approached or offered discounted tickets or other offers in exchange for attendance at a timeshare presentation. We are not responsible for charges which may occur as a result of no shows to such presentations when agreed to at your sole discretion.
The guest checking-in must be at least 21 years of age. Photo identification is required at check-in along with major credit card.
Check in and out times are levied by the resort and must be strictly adhered to. Please contact the resort directly for instructions if you anticipate a late arrival.
Occupant(s) understands that each unit will be inspected before and after the reservation. Occupant(s) is responsible for any damages and charges incurred by occupant or occupant's party.
Pets are not permitted. Failure to adhere to this policy may result in fines and termination of the reservation without possibility of a refund.
Resort Amenities may change from time to time and are governed by each Resort. A copy of the resort policies relating to amenities may be acquired upon check in at the resort.
Fees may be assessed by resorts for security deposit, amenities and/or incidentals. These fees are determined and levied by the resort and are the sole responsibility of the occupant.
Resort assigns the unit. Unit views, floor, and location on resort property cannot be guaranteed although Tripbound is pleased to make requests on your behalf.
Traveler(s) named on the confirmation must be present at the time of check in. Name changes after reservation is confirmed will incur a $99.00 charge. For this reason it is the guest’s responsibility to communicate the correct name of the guest checking in prior to making the reservation.
Traveler(s) may not exceed maximum occupancy standards indicated on the confirmation. Failure to comply with these standards may result in termination of the reservation without possibility of a refund.
Seller is not responsible for inclement weather, power outages or acts of GOD which may inconvenience travelers. In the event of a natural disaster or any other reason beyond our control, we will attempt to arrange alternate accommodations, but disclaims any liability or obligations.
Seller reserves the right to reassign travelers to substitute and comparable accommodations in extreme and unforeseen circumstances.
Seller is not liable for injury, loss or damages to persons or property while traveling.
Requests for reservation and Instant Booking submissions represent your agreement to these terms and conditions.
If check-in assistance is required please contact us. Seller will not be responsible for any expenses incurred should you fail to contact Seller for assistance.
