With 10 spacious bedrooms plus the loft, you'll have room for the entire family! Main level king Master Bedroom Suite has a private bath with jetted tub for the ultimate in relaxation! Catch some rays or just relax in the cool water of your own private Swimming Pool or bubble your cares away in the Hot Tub! The nearby kitchenette provides a full size refrigerator, sink and microwave for easy snacking options. And everyone can enjoy the huge backyard. Updates for 2018 include: New flooring throughout including hardwood floors in primary living areas. Updated beds and bedroom furniture in many bedrooms. Fresh paint. A brand new pool pump. New quilts and decor. Layout: 1st Floor: 3 full bathrooms, 4 bedrooms, 1 king and 3 queens. A Mini kitchen is located on the 1st floor as well with a full size refrigerator, eat-in kitchen table for 6, microwave, coffee pot, and sink. Also located on this level is the washer/ dryer, pool table, 1 half bath. 2nd floor: 2 king bedrooms, one with very large master bath and jacuzzi style tub. Full kitchen with 2 dishwashers, Smoothie maker, and cappuccino machine, large dining room, with huge table for seating even the largest families. Spacious family room with large flat screen TV about fireplace. Beautiful wide deck off the family room with outdoor seating and lovely views. 3rd floor: 2 king bedrooms, 2 bunk bedrooms (2 twin over full bunk bed sets), 1 sleeper sofa located in loft. Access the wide front deck with beautiful ocean and beach views.
Outside you'll find the big sparkling in-ground pool and large hot tub. Outdoor shower with both a foot wash and shower head for your convenience.
**Complimentary linen package includes: Sheets and pillowcases for all beds, 1 terry style bath mat for each bathroom, 2 kitchen towels, and bath sets provided for 24 guests. Bath set includes, 1 body towel, 1 face/ hand towel, & 1 washcloth. If you need extra blankets or pillows, please bring them with you. Beds will be made for you, the day you arrive. Pool dates are based on weather and range from April 7th - Sept 30th annually.
