About Michele Festa
My name is Michele and I like to host people from all around the world. When I was a child and after many years in Rome my family moved to Milan --in this apartment. We were four children and for us it was THE place to return to. Now this 3 bedroom apartment is too small for our families, but it remains HOME. The feeling of this apartment is a traditional "milanese" house. Located in the hart of historic center but surrounded by garden. Something special for Milano.
Michele Festa purchased this Apartment in 1960
Why Michele Festa chose Ticinese
Because its perfect to live Milano as a resident since is located in one of the most interesting area. Because is full of light, because it's at the centre of the city and very well connected by subways, street car and buses. Still today there are old local shops that give the area the idea of a small village.
What makes this Apartment unique
Although it is in the centre of the city it has gardens and benches inside the condo

Three girlfriends shared this apartment for eight nights in Milan. A bedroom for each of us, comfortable living room area, well equipped kitchen and roomy modern bathroom. The balcony was an added bonus. The beds were extremely comfortable. The location was excellent. A quick walk to the Duomo, Navigli, the metro, the tram...couldn't ask for more. Michele was extremely helpful and quick to respond to any questions I had. We were met at the apartment by Alessandro who was also extremely accommodating. This is an excellent value and we'd highly recommend staying here. Thank you Alessandro and Michele.
We loved to be there, located within the walking distance to the center of Milan, close to the groceries. The presence of AC in summer was a big plus. We'd stay there again. Very clean apartment and great communication with the owner.
Spacious and great location
We enjoyed our stay in this apt. Lots of space, very clean, well supplied and comfortably furnished. We could walk to most of the obvious sites/sights and public transportation was close by for more distant locations. The neighborhood and building were remarkably quiet for a major city. The owner was incredibly prompt and helpful with all the arrangements and any questions. We would not hesitate to rent this apartment again. Grazie Michele!
This apartment exceeded our expectations! We were a group of 4 adults spending 3 nights in Milan for a weekend of 40th birthday celebrations. The central location was very convenient for exploring the city by foot and close to public transport for a lovely day trip to Como. The apartment was perfect, very well equipped, clean and spacious. The booking process was easy and seamless. A massive thank you to Michele and Alessandro for being so welcoming and making the whole process so pleasant. We would highly recommend this apartment for a relaxing stay in Milan.
The apartment was exactly as advertised and suited our needs perfectly. The kitchen was well equipped, everything was clean and neat, and the wifi worked well. The location is very nice being in walking distance to shopping, the Duomo and La Scala, but also quiet in the evening. The owners kindly ordered a taxi for us for the morning that we left as we were not sure that our Italian was adequate. The Thursday market that happens weekly across the street from the building was the highlight of our visit. Highly recommended.
