Absolutely beautiful and spacious Charleston style home. Second Row 5 bedroom/5.5 baths with pool. Like new with great views of the ocean. Very convenient location can walk to the supermarket, restaurants, etc. Cherry Grove is in my opinion the nicest area in North Myrtle beach. 2 large decks to enjoy the view and relax after a day at the beach. Why pay for oceanfront when you can have a nicer place for a better price. Perfect place for golfers. Sorry no STUDENT GROUPS.

Great house great location!
Beautiful house in a great location! Gorgeous oven front views, just a short walk across the street to the beach. Everything was as described, a very large and spacious home perfect for a large family. There were ten of us in our party (8 adults and 2 children). We had plenty of space with room to spare! This was our first time staying in the cherry grove area and we absolutely loved it.
Great house! Enough bedrooms and bathrooms for privacy, common area and kitchen well laid out. Liked the balcony.

I loved this place! Location very convenient to restaurants, attractions, beach etc. House was very spacious private bathroom for each bedroom Charleston style porches with views of the ocean. Very upscale.
Large and convenient
We stayed for Thanksgiving.This house was a great size and very convenient. Loved the wood floors and furnishings were comfortable. The top transom windows in the bedrooms and bathrooms did not have coverings so privacy was really an issue as the balconies and windows from the houses next door allowed anyone to see in. Screen doors to balcony were rusty and wouldn't close but it was cool enough that bugs weren't a problem but there was a lot of debris on the balconies. I know there was a hurricane there a few weeks ago so I am sure that caused a few messes. All in all, a good place to stay for a group.
Loved this house and location!!!
This home was the perfect fit for our family vacation with our sons and their families. The close proximity of the beach access across the street and Bolineau's makes the location of this property just perfect. All of the beds were very comfortable and the private bath for each bedroom is a definite plus. The large family living area is great and the kitchen counter with stools is a great place for everyone to gather and talk about the day's activities. When we arrived, we could not get the elevator to work and after a call to the property manager, the maintenance man arrive within 5 minutes to assist us with learning how to operated the elevator, which was a life saver for my husband and his arthritic feet. Very impressed with the quick response! The deck area is so nice to have your morning coffee and enjoy the ocean views. This house is by far one of the nicest homes that we have stayed in. I am giving this four stars only because of some issues with the cleanliness of the house upon arrival. The floors were so dirty that the bottoms of our feet were black after being there only a short time. The deck furniture could have been cleaned better, and there was a garlic bread left in the oven, which indicated that this wasn't checked by the cleaning team. I am sure that this is not a reflection on the owner, as the decor and the attention to detail in the house made us feel so comfortable. We did notify the property management company about our concerns, which they assured us would be addressed. We truly loved this house and will be looking forward to staying here again on a future vacation to Cherry Grove!

Location, Location, Location!!!
This home has it all within walking distance: shopping at Boulineau’s (across the street) which has absolutely everything (including baked goods made daily, ice cream, butcher, fresh seafood, prepared food, water toys, tourist items, etc. etc.); mini-golf; 2 other ice cream places. The only time a car was used was to go to play golf and to Barefoot Landing. Would have liked to have a restaurant in walking distance, but none took reservations and since we were a group of 10, we drove to Umbertos in Barefoot Landing, which was great!
The beach has very easy access. Great beach wide open and the body surfing/boogie boarding was terrific. When we returned from the beach, we had the pool to enjoy. It was a nice size and we were rarely there when the neighbors were. Only negative is that all of the furniture is broken/falling apart and needs to be replaced. There was no place comfortable to sit.
The home is well designed, with 5 bedrooms and 5 ½ baths. Each bedroom had its own private bath, which was perfect for our group of 10. (We don’t recommend planning on using the 2 pull out sofa beds, though; even our 10 yr old wouldn’t sleep on it, it was so uncomfortable.) The view from the living room of the ocean was good…always lots of activity going on. We found though that there was not enough seating in either the living room, dining room or the 3rd fl balcony. When a home sleeps 10-14, we would expect to all eat together! Good parking under the house, which accommodated 4 large vehicles.
This home must get a lot of use…it needed some deep cleaning when we arrived. It was after 3pm before we could check in, because the cleaning people were still there. Also the mgmt. company forgot to give us the key for the elevator (be sure to ask for it). A couple of additional recommendations: there are NO cleaning or paper supplies, so you might want to bring some with you; if you purchase the linen package, it does not include hand towels; there are no hot pads in the unit.
Additional seating was added to the living areas we recently replaced all the furniture with new leather furniture and added another full size sofa. There are 16 chairs in the dining area. 14 chairs on the 3rd floor deck. Cleaning is the responsibility of the property management company and if its not done properly it should be reported to them and have them send someone to inspect the problems. The house is deep cleaned every spring. The pool does need some new furniture and has been reported to the HOA and is in the process of purchasing new chaise lounges. The elevator is ONLY allowed by permission of the owner. Generally it is just for owners usage and that is why a key is not supplied by the property management company. There are at least 3 restaurant's or more if you include pizza places within walking distance of the house, Duffy's, Flounders, and Atlantis. And there are hundreds within short driving distance.
