Second floor two bedroom, two bath large private non-smoking condo.
The condo is updated with new carpets in the bedrooms, hardwood and tile floors throughout the main living areas. The A/C is less that 1 year old, as is the thermostat and the entire HVAC unit. We make sure to turn the air up or down ahead of your arrival time depending on the season to make the condo comfortable when you arrive.
Master bedroom (West facing) has on suite bathroom with double sinks, and shower/tub combo, king size bed, and a sliding glass door that walks out on to the screened in porch. The second bedroom (East facing) has two queen size beds, and the second bathroom is located just outside the bedroom door. The second bathroom has a single sink, and a tub/shower combo.
Full kitchen with most anything you will need to prepare meals.
Breakfast bar and small dining table seat 7 people in total.
There are three TV's in total, one in the living room (SmartTv), one in the master bedroom, and one on the screened in porch (SmartTv). Each Tv has it's own separate cable box/controls.
The screened in porch is West facing, and has a wonderful peaceful view of the cove. We love having a quiet cup of coffee, reading a book, or gathering out on the large couch with the rest of the crew. There is also a gas grill on the porch for you to cook out on. There is no smoking on the screened in porch but you are more than welcome to step out front onto the front walkway.
We do ask that you please take your shoes off while in the condo because the parking lot is blacktop, and the oils will track all over the lighter colored carpets and tile.
The condo has two parking passes that will need to be put in your cars for the duration of your stay, then returned to the condo before your departure. If you forget to return them to the condo the replacement fee is $150 per pass.
