3BR/2BA Condo with Ocean View
About Lisa Johnson
I am a North Carolina native. I love the beach, especially Atlantic Beach and Emerald Isle. This is such a pleasant place to spend time as there is so much to do close by. My family especially loves the NC Aquarium at Pine Knoll Shores and Fort Macon State Park.

Why Lisa Johnson chose Atlantic Beach
This condo is located in a privately owned quiet 8 unit condo complex with its own private pool for residents. It is a few blocks from boat access and across the street from the beach. Ocean views can be enjoyed from the front balcony.

This condo is perfectly situated at a pedestrian crosswalk to the beach. The unit also has gorgeous views of the ocean from the deck and front windows. It is open and airy with spacious bedrooms that easily accommodated our large group. Two rooms offer twin/full bunks. The amenities were plentiful and thoughtfully planned. Thank you, Lisa, for our wonderful vacation.
Overall we had a very nice stay except for a few items. There was no adequate lighting (no decent lamps) and the bath towels were very thin. The traffic was very loud when we sat on the deck but closeness to the beach was very nice and very walkable. Would consider renting here again.
Simple beach living
We had a nice stay in this cozy condo with our pups along. It's only 6 months after Hurricane Michael hit as a Category 5, and while there are signs of damage all around the area, this unit is in great shape. Two balconies, one with a pool view, the other with an ocean view. helped us to enjoy the mornings and evenings in the unit. Everything we needed was provided (except a full length mirror). I forgot to pack a few things, but there was a Dollar General a few steps away. Every window has shutters to shut out or let in the light as you wish. The beach access is right across the street too, so we rarely needed our car. That's probably just as well, too, because the police were maintaining a heavy presence in that area. It seemed like they were looking for potential revenue from the drinking establishment nearby. My family tells me that's pretty typical for this town: "Come on vacation. Leave on probation." Otherwise there was no hint of trouble. It was very comfortable.
Overall a good value
Last minute issue with the pool not being available was inconvenient, but the location and cleanliness of the unit was very good.
Very vice condo centrally located and close to the beach.
We liked the location very much. Lots of space and nice layout. The only negative for us is there is a unit right above that had a toddler that woke up very early and was running around dancing, bouncing balls, etc. starting around 6 am each morning. If we had it to do over, we would have picked the top floor unit. Otherwise things were very comfortable.
Sweet Spot in Paradise
Perfect spot for a respite. Nicely appointed, well decorated and cared for condo. Everything you need (beach, restaurant, gas, convenience store) within walking distance yet quiet and serine. Lisa, the owner was professional, courteous and prompt in returning calls, emails or texts. Will definitely be looking to return.
