Cozy and Fresh!!! Every detail anticipated!!
We loved this house. Traditional “doll house” completely updated with a modern edge. Very clean comfortable beds!! Great shower that was high and had plenty of pressure. Snacks, water and coffee in kitchen. I wish I could have this home every time I travel. Don’t hesitate to book. The owner was very responsive to all questions.
This is such a sweet little house, combining the historic and modern. Lindsay is so great to work with too. I highly recommend!
Lovely place to stay. Easy to find. Easy access to downtown and Bass Pro Shop & Aquarium.
Home is very clean, comfortable beds and lovely comforters to keep you cozy. Quiet neighborhood. Well stocked linen closet, kitchen and fridge. Breakfast snacks were provided for morning munchies and water, tea, coffee and coffee creamer were provided for use during the day. The Keurig coffee maker was put to much use and appreciated. We found the front stairway to the home difficult to use but we are older and I would caution anyone with canes or needing help with stairs to only use the rear entrance.Lindsay is wonderful to work with and will check with you during your visit to make sure everything is as you need it to be. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would readily stay here again. We would definitely reccommend this home and host to others.
Olive Street Retreat is Sweet indeed!
This is the second time we have stayed at Olive Street Retreat and we hope to stay here on future visits to Springfield. Lindsay has thought of everything to make this place a comfy and cozy home away from home. Breakfast snacks, bottled water and chocolates on the bed are thoughtful touches and this is also the cleanest place we have stayed. The house is charming in and of itself and Lindsay has stayed true to that charm while also providing modern amenities. The patio set out in the side yard is a great addition since our last stay. The area is close to "C" Street, antique and junk stores, Route 66, MSU and so much more! We love Springfield and Olive Street Retreat and would not hesitate to recommend it for a stay in Springfield.
Adorable and immaculate!
We loved everything about our stay. The location is great. It's SO clean!! And beautifully decorated. Lindsay was friendly and quick to respond with any questions. Definitely recommend. And we would stay again.
This place is greatness! Hosts could not have been nicer. Location was great! House was over the top clean and comfortable. Very stylish! Best VRBO we have stayed in! Will book again and again!
