Our rental is licensed by the City of Seal Beach and has been in business since 2007.

Our spectacular vacation rental offers a perfect mix of modern contemporary living with a small beach-town feel. The house is ideally located in Old Town, Seal Beach. Main Street is just around the corner from the house and is where you will be greeted by old-world charm and friendly smiles. You will certainly enjoy the myriad of restaurants, unique gift shops, boutiques, and spas. At the end of Main Street is a historic wooden pier that has stood the test of time since 1906. A stroll on the pier is a must and on your way back, stop by Coldstone for a treat. A few steps further lead you to our vacation home.

From small town charm to modern living - the house is a two story contemporary structure, amidst velvety soft Zoysia grass, and is outlined by stainless steel and glass. The inside is immaculate and offers comfort and luxury. The acid-stained radiant-heated floor exudes a blanket of warmth that lures you into the cozy first floor. The leather sectional stretches from wall to wall and offers ample seating. Relax and enjoy the view of the beach or your favorite movie on the LCD TV.

Eat out or eat in - the kitchen is equipped with Gaggenau and Thermador appliances so you can be the chef. Create a special dinner moment for your family or hide out with a breakfast in bed. How about a romantic dinner on the roof deck at sun set?

The second floor has the smooth feel of bamboo wood flooring throughout. The bedrooms are spacious and inviting. The soft sound of crashing waves will lull you to sleep and wake you in the morning. The master bedroom has a gorgeous ocean view that can be enjoyed as you wake up in bed or from the private balcony with a cup-of-Joe. Head up to the roof deck and let your lungs enjoy the fresh air while the sun rays dance on your skin and your eyes take in the beautiful view of sparkling, crystal-blue ocean, Catalina Island, and gently swaying palm trees. On many days, the sky is flocked with kites and the ocean is teaming with surfers, sailboats and fun. In the evenings, a stunning sunset glows in the distance and will take your breath away. You can enjoy the view or join in on the activities - the beach is only a few steps away.

Terrific Beachhouse and Teriffic Host!!!

I stayed at this Seal Beach property for most of the months of January, February, and March 2017. I was more than pleased with the accommodations when I arrived. They definitely were as advertised. The owners went out of their way to help me with anything I needed. They are very friendly and took care of anything I needed immediately. They even helped me with things which had nothing to do with the accommodations. The location is excellent for almost anything You want to do in Southern California. You are just steps away from the beach and steps away from a very quaint downtown. Lots of good restaurants, bakeries, ice cream shops, etc. Also lots of unique clothing shops. Everything you need is within walking distance. If you want to take advantage of other activities in the greater Los Angeles area there is transportation available. The freeways to all other areas are very accessible. A large grocery store is within walking distance as well.

I would highly recommend this property and would definitely stay again.

Great place, perfect location!

Just spent our first week in Seal Beach at this property as a family of 4 with 2 other adult friends. The owners were wonderful. The property was as advertised, spacious, nicely appointed, and very clean. Location probably couldn't have been better. We look forward to returning in the future!

Wonderful beach house!

We stayed for the week of spring break with my family and my father. The place well exceeded expectations for all, including 3 kids ages 9, 6 and 2. The place is only a 5 min walk to the beach, which is very family friendly. We took the provided wagon with umbrella and beach chairs and toys to the beach, so easy!! Downtown seal beach has tons of bakeries and coffee shops, little restaurants and 4 Irish pubs I believe (we were there over st Patty's day, very busy fun places), ice cream parlors and shopping. We ate at several places there and all very good!! Very family friendly in day time and more fun at night! Even with the house being close to main street, it was very quiet and was extremely safe. The house was designed beautifully and had more than enough room for our family. It was clean, well stocked kitchen, and had great children's books and board games if you got bored. We ended up driving to universal studios and knotts berry farm, but still wanted to be by the beach that was kid friendly (there is a playground fenced in on the beach) that we could relax at night and in the mornings, and this place is it!! Walking distance to everything!! No need to pay for parking! Will definitely stay there again and thank you for opening up your home to our family! The owners made check in and check out a breeze as well!

Just completed our second year in Seal Beach staying in Kim and Dan's place. They are fabulous hosts that provide an amazing upscale house to enjoy my favorite city and beach. Everything needed for a relaxing, stress-free holiday is here. You feel as if you are staying in a first class, yet homey hotel. The beach is steps away as is the main street of a 50's style community. We are sure to return for years to come!

Great Vacation

I just came home from the best vacation ever in Seal Beach. The house was spectacular and immaculate. Plenty of room, kid friendly and beautiful views from the rooftop decks and balconies. Ocean views and beach right there. A very quaint town, if you feel like some ice cream or some dinner or a bakery item just right down the road. What a memorable trip!

Great location, design, and service. 6 stars!!

The location is superb, just across from the beach, and just a block from the quaint Seal Beach main street with shops, restaurants, and the pier! I love the contemporary design of the house and the space for families of any size. However, the most impressive feature of all is the owner Dan, and his commitment to service and making the stay perfect. I would actually rate my experience higher, but HA will only allow 5 stars!!
