About this property

Getaway 9 - Private Mountain Side Treehouse With a View

We have a wonderful, extremely secluded and wooded, treehouse overlooking Mountain View from the side of Dodd Mountain. Guests can always expect a great stay here at Getaway 9.

Get ready for a mountain side stay complete with all the amenities and only 5 minutes from town. We have both a King and Queen sized bed. The king is downstairs and the queen is in the loft, accessible by ladder. We have heat and air downstairs and an air conditioner in the loft for those hot summer stays.

We have new stainless steel refrigerator (with ice maker) and microwave. There isn't a stove, but there is a 2 burner hotplate, toaster oven, coffee pot, toaster and crockpot ready for use. There are cooking utensils, pots, pans, and dishes as well. We have a few condiments and coffee is also provided.

We also have a 2 person jacuzzi tub (with a view), view of both sides of Mountain View from the deck, porch swing on the deck, and the potential to see some local wildlife. Oh, and we also have yahtzee and playing cards!
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

This property was so unique and quaint! Our 7 year old little boy absolutely was in heaven! The entire place was fantastic! Loved the bridge/walkway into the treehouse, lit with lights in the evening, just stunning! The little kitchen, to couch, to loft with bed, and downstairs bed was very comfy and delightful! Oh my the trees surrounded us, and the fall colors were devine! The back porch, with the swing, we could see the lights of Mountain View, and it was gorgeous! Then the large tub, with the big picture window, made us feel luxurious, loved the shower as well! Loved having a TV to relax in the evening. It was cold the time of year we visited, but there is a lovely outdoor space to cook and unwind as well, but we stayed inside where it was warm. House was stocked with all the amenities needed in the kitchen as well as the bathroom. From coffee mugs and coffee maker, to bubbles and shower gel, to hairdryer and much more! We did run off and leave a couple of games for our sons switch, that was disappointing, since we live 5 hrs away, just a loss but totally our fault. Hopefully someone will get to enjoy them. We would definitively stay here again happily, when we return to Mountain View Arkansas and highly recommend this quaint little getaway to anyone! Dont hesitate it was a perfect fit for us!
