This unit is one of the most desirable units at the Kamaole Sands complex. Building 6 has a great view of the pool and gardens with no street noise. Our unit is completely remodeled, new kitchen open on both ends with granite counters, cherry cabinets, and brand new appliances. New bathrooms, tile floors and new carpeting gives you a fresh feel. Our unit is maintained by our private cleaning person and is always immaculate and clean. Upstairs loft features queen bed and full bathroom. Downstairs bedroom has two twins, which can be converted into one king, and tv, dvd and stereo system. Another full bath on the main level, with queen sofa bed in living room. New furniture and entertainment center with 40 inch flat screen tv makes this unit a home away from home. The kitchen is fully equipped, from bbg utensils to rice cooker, and utensils and pots are checked every 6 months and replaced as needed. You can be assured that you will have everything that you need during your stay. Our reviews speak to the completeness of our unit.
There is a great beach (Kamaole 3) across the street for whale watching, snorkeling, swimming, and boogie boards, and a favorite spot to watch the sunset. Great for young children. One block from the Kihei boat harbor for all ocean activities.
Kamaole Sands is a well maintained complex and the setting is lush tropical. Brand new elevator zips you up to the fourth floor in 7 seconds from the parking lot. Kihei is the drier side of the island, rain is rare. Views of the ocean and the pool from this top story unit in building 6 are the reason you come to Hawaii.

About Paul & Lynn Zarubin
We own a construction company in the Lake Tahoe area, which allows us to come over twice a year and keep the unit upgraded and refreshed. Living and working in another resort environment, we understand what visitors are expecting when they go on vacation and the importance of keeping our unit well maintained. We are former distributors for a Standup Paddleboard company, which we really enjoy doing while here on Maui.

We lived on Maui for 3 years working on the construction of the Grand Wailea and after completing that project, we decided to purchase a Kamaole Sands unit because of the concrete construction and the excellent upkeep of the grounds, plus the proximity to local shopping and the beaches.

Perfect home away from home!
This condo was a great home base for our ten day vacation in Kihei. The grounds were beautiful and the condo was amazing! The condo came stocked with all of the utensils and kitchen items we needed. In our family, there were 4 condos rented at the Kamaole Sands, and ours was by far, the best. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Now that I'm back at full speed in my regular life, when I think about our time at Paul and Lynn's condo at Kamaole Sands, my shoulders relax, I stare wistfully into the distance and pinch myself that it wasn't all just a dream. This place is so easy to be in. Comfortably laid out. Everything you need. When you are there the front desk people are great. Paul replies to email queries. It was all just grand. Plus, the best family beach in Maui is just across the street. Thank you! We can't wait to come back.
Do Your Family a Favour!!!
This was our first time ever renting a private condo and we were very nervous, but from the moment we checked in, to the sad moment of our checking out, being at Paul & Lynn's Condo made a great Hawaiian vacation AMAZING. If you are looking for a place that offers the perfect location, along with every amenity you could possibly need, that is as neat as a pin then look no further. There was honestly nothing about this stay we would have changed, it was simply fantastic Thank you Paul and Lynn so very much for everything, we wouldn't hesitate to recommend your place to anyone we know and we will definitely be back. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED from very frequent travellers.
In addition to the great pool area suitable for both families and couples, Kamaole Sands offers a fitness center, tennis courts, shave ice/food stand, and a representative through which you can book a variety of tours and attractions on the island. Right across the street is Kamaole Beach III, one of the more desirable beaches in Kihei. Perfect for snorkeling, swimming, or just laying on the beach, Kamaole III is one of our favorite beaches in Kihei. We are also situated across the street from the Kihei Boat ramp, from which Scuba Dive and Snorkeling charters depart daily to Molikini or nearby coastal areas. If you have a vehicle and wish to venture out a bit further, Wailea has some wonderful beaches along with a beautiful walking path. Start at Ulua Beach and head towards the Grand Wailea. You won't be disappointed! Ulua beach is also a great spot for snorkeling if interested. Some of our other favorite spots on the island are: -Lahaina shopping and waterfront dining -Ulupalakua wine tasting -Grandmas Coffee House in Kula- best coffee on the island! -Kahalui Costco -Maalea Harbor paddleborading -Kahalui Swap Meet- every Saturday

Our Tax I.D# is W30360450-01 Deposits are fully refundable if reservation is cancelled more than 30 days prior to arrival date. If the cancellation occurs within 30 days of arrival, a $500 deposit will be forfeited unless we are able to re-book the property for your cancelled dates.
