Great space and kind and gracious property manager.
We had a lovely time at the Greenleaf house for the holidays. The common space was spacious, light and joyful and we had everything we needed in the kitchen. Brian was very responsive and helpful. I would recommend the house, and can only imagine how lovely it is in summer so close to the beach and a great park for kids.
The house has become a hub for meetups in the thriving art community as part of Glenwood Ave Art District. Across the street (Sheridan) is a very large beach "Greenleaf Beach" with playground area. The MILE OF MURALS Project starts one block away as well. There are a multitude of small theaters, music venues, locally owned eateries, and one of the most comfortably diverse neighborhoods left in Chicago.
The Greenleaf House is one block away from the Morse Redline stop and a couple blocks away from the Roger's Park Metra Stop.
