The Coral Cay community features a covered outdoor cooking and entertainment area with grills and seating. Great beach access at this condo! Wagon or beach carts can be easily pulled on well maintained sidewalks, leading directly onto private walkover for easy beach access. The walk-over itself also has a seating area to enjoy morning coffee or drinks at the end of the day.
2 Bedrooms: Each bedroom is large with bright and cozy decor, cable and HDTV with Wi-Fi to connect to your Netflix, Hulu, etc. Master Bedroom has a King pillow-top mattress and full master bathroom and with lighted vanity. Beautifully decorated Second Bedroom has a Queen pillow-top mattress. Both bedrooms are separated from the front living and dining areas for quiet and privacy (great to put the kids down and still have adult time at night on the balcony).
Front hallway and 1/2 bathroom off of the main living area is very convenient with toilet, sink and lighted vanity.
Living Room/ Dining Room: Large living room with queen size sofa sleeper, two leather recliners, and large flat screen TV, free wi-fi and cable. Dining table has seating for 6 and bar seating to accommodate 2 more for a total of seating for 8 comfortably. Main living area opens onto private 2nd story covered balcony overlooking the heated pool and grassy courtyard. The pool is heated in winter.
Comfortable high end deck chairs are enjoyable and secure wooden banister. Condo comfortably has beds to sleep 6 adults. We supply set up bathroom soap, toilet paper, towels and bedding on arrival.
Galley kitchen has full-size stove, refrigerator, dishwasher and built-in microwave. Well stocked on cooking pots, pans and cooking tools. Both a Keurig coffee maker and standard drip for your preference. Boat parking welcomed. You will have a wonderful stay in this warm and whimsically decorated condo with exceptional direct beach access.
The condo location is between beach marker 4 and 5 for easy biking to coffee shops, nightlife, and the only 'on the beach restaurant and bar' and seasonal events. We invite you to stay in Unit 202!
