This newly renovated, fully furnished studio condo is located in the historical Ansonborough neighborhood of downtown Charleston, South Carolina. It is only a few blocks from the old Market, Rainbow Row, and the Battery. The home, built in 1837, is situated between East Bay and Meeting Streets. It is in the area of town known best for world class restaurants and first class shopping.
Rocking in the chairs on the porch or enjoying a glass of wine next to the fire is the perfect way to relax after a full day of sightseeing, antiquing, or golfing. Don't forget that it is only minutes from downtown Charleston to the beaches of Sullivans Island and Folly Beach.
Such a sweet little place. Very clean and well-appointed. Safe. Perfect for the 2 of us, and so convenient to all the historic downtown places. We parked the car and didn't use it till we left -- took a bike taxi to a downtown wedding and that was perfect and fun - didn't want to walk in our fancy duds on a hot day. Elizabeth is great to work with - very responsive and accommodating. Highly recommended!
we stayed here for my husband’s birthday weekend and the location is perfect, grocery store literally a two minute bike ride not to mention how close city market is. The added security of having your vehicle in a gated driveway cannot be matched and was a huge plus because we brought out bikes as well. Condo was adorable, clean and much cuter in person. Elizabeth is wonderful to deal with and i would recommend her property to anyone. thanks again Elizabeth!
Elizabeth's condo was perfect!! It was the BEST location we could have asked for! It's walkable to everything! The condo was clean and in excellent shape! Elizabeth was so easy to work with and so accommodating! We highly recommend this condo.
I spent four days in Elizabeth's amazing studio with my now fiancee, and we absolutely loved it! As soon as we walked in and saw the original wood floors from the 1800s, we knew we were in the right spot. It also helped that we were walking distance to almost everything, although we did rent electric bikes to go to the beach via SpinLister. The jacuzzi tub was perfect for relaxing in after a full day of exploring Charleston and the surrounding areas! Elizabeth was extremely responsive and helpful, and I would highly recommend staying here.
We couldn't have asked for a better apartment in a better location! The apartment was perfect and we were able to walk to everything! The charm of staying in a historic Charleston building was the best way to spend our stay. We would highly recommend this apartment and hope to come back! Thanks Elizabeth!
I just spent 22 heavenly days in this beautiful studio right in the heart of Charleston between Meeting and East Bay. This place captured my heart. I highly recommend it. The owner is absolutely delightful! It is sunny, clean and peaceful with plantation shutters; lots of amenities including a jacuzzi tub. I walked everywhere however a parking space is included. There is a full kitchen for those times you would rather cook than eat out. Be sure to hit the world class Farmer's Market on Saturdays for the most amazing food, spices, and hand made gifts. Harris Teeter within walking distance too...There were other units in the building however everyone was delightful and it was very quiet at night. I am so excited to come back and will definitely stay here again!!! Thank you Elizabeth....
