Located just two blocks from the gondola, this newly remodeled first floor condominium offers all of the benefits of Trappeur’s Crossing at the MOST AFFORDABLE RATES! Trappeur’s Crossing Resort offers 4 indoor/outdoor pools, 9 outdoor hot tubs, NEWLY RENOVATED FITNESS CENTER & DAY SPA, tennis courts, free shuttle service (winter months only), computer lounge, fitness center, sauna, underground heated parking, poolside patio with gas grills and fire pit in common areas…and is within walking distance to shops and restaurants at the base area. We also have FREE SKI VALET in the winter months so that you may leave your gear at gondola at the end of the day! While you may walk to the gondola, should you prefer, there are several free shuttles (winter months only) that operate at Trappeurs to take you to the gondola, restaurants, or other errrands around town.

The condo is newly remodeled and features new furnishings, designer décor, gas fireplace, balcony (second eating area in the summer with a full table), wireless internet service, and cable TV.

There are three bedrooms – each with a private bath. The master bedroom offers a KING bed; the second bedroom a QUEEN bed and the third bedroom has TWO SETS OF BUNK BEDS. The couch pulls out into a QUEEN SLEEPER SOFA. Plenty of towels are provided along with bath soap, shampoo, conditioner and fully-size hair dryers in each bathroom.

The kitchen includes new alder cabinets, slab granit coutnertops, tumbled stone backspash and undercabinet lighting. It features a wrap-bar with four bar stools great for socializing or eating. The kitchen is fully equipped with all of the gadgets and serving pieces you can imagine – and the dining room table seats six for a nice relaxing dinner after a full day of activities!

The family room features an abundance of seating area surrounding the 47' flat screen television and gas fireplace - perfect to snuggle up and watch a movie after a full day of outdoor activities. Board games and movies are provided for a wide variety of age groups. An underground, heated garage provides parking and locking bike storage. Locked ski storage is available directly outside the unit in the secured internal hallway or through the free ski valet at the base of the mountain.

We purchased a condo at Trappeurs Crossing because its fabulous amenities...and it is only a short two-block walk to the gondola! Lorna has been a regular in Steamboat since the late 80's and we both enjoy its 'small town' atmosphere surrounded by world class skiing on the infamous 'champagne powder' and unlimited activities for the outdoor enthusiast.

Steamboat is consistently ranked as the #1 Family resort in the West and is a wonderful vacation spot throughout the year. While the winter is known for its great skiing, snowmobiling and outdoor activities - the summers are filled with mountain biking, hiking, boating, and fishing along with multiple festivals including the annual hot air balloon festival, marathon, wine festival and pro rodeo series. Steamboat is also known for its natural hot springs and visitors should not miss a trip to Old Town Hot Springs or Strawberry Park Hot Springs.

What makes this condo unique

Enjoy 4 heated pools (including an indoor/outdoor pool), multiple hot tubs, poolside BBQ grills, fire pit, ski season day spa, fitness center, sauna, summertime tennis courts, front desk, free internet access and free full-size washer/dryers.

The Resort's free shuttle buses will chauffeur guests to/from the Resort and around Steamboat Springs (during winter months). There is also an underground secured parking garage for Resort guests.

A wine and cheese reception is held on Mondays and Fridays and complimentary Apres ski hot cookies and cocoa is offered daily during the ski season.

The condo in Steamboat was wonderful. We had such a great time skiing and enjoying all the area had to offer. The condo was perfect for our needs. It was beautifully furnished, and comfortable. It was very nice to have all the products there in the kitchen and bathrooms. We loved the soft throws that kept us cozy on the sofa. And the unit was immaculate.



We loved it, loved the location, loved the decor. We also loved the shuttle system. We did not rent a car, so we took the shuttle up to the mountain each morning, and took the Resort Quest shuttle downtown for dinner every night. They were great, and we were glad not to have to drive on snowy roads. That was a bonus, and we would not have gone out to dinner downtown every night if we had not had the shuttle to take us and return us home.

During the winter months, Trappeurs Resort offers free shuttle service. The shuttle buses run continuously to the transportation area at Gondola Square and it is a convenient way to get to the mountain. Additionally, free shuttle service is available to restaurants, grocery store, downtown and tourist attractions within 10 minutes of Trappeurs Crossing. Even for those with a vehicle at the Resort, this service is extremely convenient and eases the trouble of locating a restaurant, parking or the worry of driving home....we highly recommend our guests take advantage of this fabulous service and provide the driver with a gratuity of appreciation!!

Owner's Response: Glad you enjoyed your stay! The beds were replaced with Denver Mattress Company "Doctors Choice" mattresses two years ago. We've had guests very happy with this mattress; however, we unfortunately are unable to please all "tastes" in mattresses.

Clean condo and very short shuttle to the base.

Property was very convenient for getting to and from the base of the mountain. It had everything our group needed to have a great ski trip. The rooms did stay a bit warm and the only way to cool down was to open doors and windows.

Awesome Location

This was our first trip to Steamboat and the location of this condo can't be beat for skiing. Trappeurs Crossing staff was excellent and between their shuttles and the bus we were able to get anywhere in town without difficulty. The condo was very clean, all the appliances worked great and it was the perfect size for our family of 6. Very comfortable furniture and nice size TV. Would definitely stay here again!
