Noe Valley Apartment Rental Photos and Description

Apartment, 2 Bedrooms, 2 Baths, (Sleeps 5)

Stay in the heart of one of San Francisco's most vibrant districts, Noe Valley - and within blocks of the Mission and The Castro. This spacious and comfortable apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a two-story mid-century building.(There is a third bedroom and bath down included for larger groups, such as 7-to-sleep...see photos) The unit has tile and hardwood floors throughout, large kitchen with new appliances, in-unit washer/dryer, and complete furnishings for your family &' entertaining needs.

There is a king- size bed and full bathroom (shower over tub) in the huge master suite, with a couch/bed for reading in the afternoon, plus two spacious closets.

The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and opens onto a deck overlooking a magical, manicured garden! For barbecues and sun-bathing, there's also a patio adjacent to the garden where the party can be extended!

The living-dining combination is almost 30-ft wide, with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the palm tree-setting of beautiful Dolores Boulevard--a great setting for those afternoon cocktail events! From the couch, you can spy the SF's downtown horizon or simply relax in front of the wood-burning fireplace.

You'll be minutes away from some of the best shopping, nightlife and dining the city has to offer. Close to several Municipal bus lines and 4 blocks from BART.

Grab a cup of coffee 2 blocks away, come back and relax on your private deck. Take a short walk up 24th Street and explore the eclectic shops, eateries and boutiques, spend an evening enjoying the nightlife in the Mission District.

You'll feel like you're home - only better. Everything you could ever want is right here!

The BEST home in San Francisco

  • 5 of 5

We have stayed in Lee's beautiful home several times. The apartment is lovely, very clean with all the amenities you could want. The view is beautiful overlooking Dolores Street from the Living Room and Dining Room. Easy access, no trouble locating parking, wonderful shops/restaurants nearby. We loved wandering along 24th Street. The beds are comfy, local market nearby with the friendliest proprietors. (Mama's Market). Noe Valley is our favorite location in the City. The owner Lee is the BEST hostess you will ever find. Very personable, responds promptly to any questions and absolutely delightful. The entire experience here is a "10".

The Fingerles from Concord, MA

Finally got a chance to post and may I say, we really wanted to make sure folks knew what a find this place was. It made our stay in SF absolutely perfect. Traveled with hubbie and almost 7 y/o, joined by my mom and auntie for a couple of nights for a wedding/ reunion while we stayed for 7 nights. Location is excellent, Lee was a terrific hostess --classy and easy-going, called for services asap when needed, recommended a few yummy local restaurants. No complaints about the amenities, loved looking at the backyard area but also having a streetfront side. Walking distance to loads of stuff on 24th which we took advantage of many times.

We needed a car so that we could get into downtown for all of the wedding stuff so having access to a garage spot in the back was very handy. Felt smug each day about getting together with the gang then departing for our own special getaway locale.

We loved, loved, loved our stay here and would return in a heartbeat. Thanks Lee for making this a wonderful, memorable trip from Boston for our family.

We Loved Our Home Away from Home

  • 4 of 5

We visited SF to take care of our son who underwent major reconstructive surgery on his knee. We needed someplace to stay that was more comfy & roomier than a hotel and would offer two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Boy did we find the greatest place in Noe Valley! Perfect for our needs, this location was great, within walking distance of many different types of restaurants, bars, coffee shops, bakeries, and a Whole Foods market. To be able to park the car & walk everywhere was a huge plus. Walked by myself at night and felt completely safe in the neighborhood on 24th street. In addition, we were 2 blocks from the J-Church MUNI and could get down to the Embracadero or Downtown in less than 20 minutes.

Our hostess, Lee, was incredibly warm and welcoming. We had a few snafus during our stay regarding WiFi (most likely caused by outgoing previous guests) but Lee work with us and her IT guy to solve as quickly as possible. As stated in the photos, the beds in both rooms have been replaced and were very comfortable. Living spaces were roomy, comfortable, and well laid out, and the kitchen was well equipped.

All in all we really enjoyed our stay and I would stay there again.

Perfect rental

  • 5 of 5

My friends and I stayed for a week while attending a downtown conference, which was an easy 15" drive. The apartment was just as described. It was large, clean, well decorated, inviting and so comfortable. The beds and lounge beds were very comfortable for 3 "women of size". The TV with DISH access was wonderful. Internet service was fast and always available. It was very welcoming to have some foods already available. This was my first experience in a VRBO where there was plenty of toilet paper, toiletries, paper towels and even coffee and filters! The linens and towels were clean, fresh and of good quality. Plenty of maps, menus, reading materials and other information available. Having a washer and dryer (and detergent/fabric softener) on site was a wonderful asset. The BART is 4 blocks away, but the #48 city bus is just around the corner. The area was quiet, clean and as women traveling alone, felt very safe! Lee was a wonderful host and even shared her LuLu with us. I would definitely rent from her again and highly recommend her Bohemian Terrace apartment. Thank you Lee!!!

Winner!

  • 5 of 5

This apartment far exceeded my expectations. Aside from being beautifully furnished, it was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well appointed. I cooked Christmas dinner and easily found everything that I needed. Also, this property has a very desirable location. We got to know the Mission and Castro neighborhoods, as well as Noe Valley -- all three having their own distinctions. It was also easy to get into the heart of the city, as the BART was an easy two-block downhill walk from the apartment. If I ever go back during the summer I'll take my tennis racket, as there are public tennis courts a short walk from the apartment as well. The owner is engaging and generous on hospitality. I give this apartment 5 stars!

We left our hearts in San Francisco

  • 5 of 5

What a wonderful summer. My husband and I stayed in this wonderfully quiet home for 2 months this past summer. It was beyond great. I had a fresh scone daily and we took walks all around the neighborhood and just soaked up the culture and sights and shopping. The home was furnished so well, it was so convenient and the owner could not have been more pleasant. We would come back in a heart beat. This is the best area in the City, bar none.we have never felt more safe. Public transportation to any place is 1 1/2 blocks from the front door step.

Map

Car: not necessary

We are at the intersection of historic Dolores Street and fabulous 24th, which is THE shopping/dining hub of Noe Valley! Also, we are two blocks from the hot Valencia Street corridor of the Mission District, locale of more popular eateries than in any other SF area!
