We are John & Katie Goosman, semi-retired and loving it. John is an avid golfer and the adoring doggie is Ratdog! I have practiced the art of Interior Design for longer than I am willing to admit. We have lived in this beautiful home for the past 7 years and love being close to all the beauty that Southern California has to offer. I love the beach, John loves his golf and we travel several times a year to visit friends, or just to see various and interesting locations. Some of our favorite spots have been Hawaii, Sedona, Austin, Vancouver, Niagra by the Lake and many other locations. Both of us were born and raised in California and my family dates back to the late 1800”s.

We are centerally (driving time) located between Los Angeles and San Diego and just a short drive away from the Iconic beaches of Newport, Corona Del Mar, Laguna and Long Beach. Minutes away from the historic district of Orange, Disneyland, Angel Stadium, the Honda Center (where the Ducks play Hockey), the Anaheim Convention Center, Segerstrom Center for the preforming arts, Chapman college and hundreds of other attractions. Located within walking distance of the grocery store and several restaurants, this is an ideal place to lay your head at night. Close by in Santa Ana there is the Bowers Museum, currently hosting and exhibit “African Highlight, Vanishing rituals and ceremonies”, “Spirits and Headhunters, art of the Pacific Islands” and “Voyage to Vietnam, Celebrating the Tet Festival. The Discovery Cube is currently showcasing an exhibit on Dinasours and for shopping there is the prestigious South Coast Plaza. South Coast Plaza is renowned for its luxury shops, such as Coco Chanel, Ralph Lauren, Saks Faith Avenue, Neiman Marcus and Bloomingdales, to name a few. Long Beach hosts the renowned Queen Mary and the acclaimed Aquarium of the Pacific. Buenaventura Park plays host to Knotts Berry Farm, The Pirates Dinner Adventure Theater and Medival Times. In Corona Del Mar you can visit Sherman Gardens, stroll through the gardens and enjoy lunch. Close by in Newport Rodgers Gardens recently added a farm to table experience restaurant. There are so many and various things to do close by that there is never enough time to explore Orange County, let alone our beautiful Rivera of the Pacific.
