We had a wonderful trip. The condo was so nice and everything we’d hoped for. Please accept our following comments with a positive view and helpful information for future guests. We feel we should have been told the washer and dryer were not in the room and it was a community utility for the entire floor. We also would have appreciated being informed that they were out of service due to remodeling.
Our check in process was extremely confusing. The lighting in general was very poor and the kitchen had several light bulbs burned out. I realize this is out of your control but I would also like to pass along that the elevators were horrible. At one point there was only one elevator working. We also heard other guests sharing the same criticism.

However, I am sorry or the inconveniences due to the renovations of the common areas of the Building. Our Resort is committed to providing the highest quality of the amenities possible and has undertaken cosmetic renovations of the laundry rooms to provide a pleasant environment to our guests.
Unfortunately, the renovations were delayed and the laundry room at the Penthouse floor were not finished during your stay. Management office assured me that it will be in working order by the end of January 2019. Even though I understand your frustration, laundry rooms on other floors were available.
Thank you for your comment regarding the lack of specificity regarding the washer-dryer in the general description, the changes were made for future guests.
The elevators renovations were also delayed but should all be in working condition by the end of February 2019.
The check-in procedure was described in details in my welcome email to you, hundreds of guests stay in my units every year and there is rarely a problem with check-in process. It would have been my pleasure to assist you if only you had contacted me.
Finally, the kitchen light bulbs have been changed since your departure.
